Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am researching the family tree on both my husband's and my side. Some of the names of interest: Mountain, Briggs, Rasmussen, Brundage, Woodgerd, Porter, Dale, Depue, Hall, Stryker, Stivers, Martin, Barnes, Garvin, Heath, McGinnes, Striker, VanCampen. These folks lived in NY, NJ, OH, MD, WY, MT. I am new to the searching for graves project, but let's see how it works out. Might be a good excuse to go exploring. Most able to search in Essex, Morris and Union Counties in NJ. Beyond that, let's chat.

I hereby give permission to use the photos I have taken and posted to Find A Grave in other genealogical purposes like family trees and Ancestry.Com. (5/14/11) Leave me a public message or . . .

Thank you so much for all your efforts. I really appreciate it. Disappointing that she does not have a stone but nothing you can do.

John Taylor
Hi Bonnie,

Sorry for the delayed reply but thank you for your search on John Taylor - and for the info on Richard Smith. Andrew and Catherine Taylor are ancestors of mine as well (John is Andrew's father). I have a feeling their stones are all gone as well, but thank you so much for your efforts on my behalf. People like you are so wonderful, volunteering your time like this.

All best,

Have not had a chance to get back down there. Still recovering from Cancer and Hernia Surgery in January 2012 and I still don't have a car. Hope I can get down there soon. Robin Fife

Sorry Bonnie, I don't have any other information on Dean. I did put his obit on his memorial.

Thanks for confirming and retaking a pic of the grave. This is above and beyond what I could have hoped for in your help. You are wonderful.

RE: Ruben Edwards, Fairmount, Newark, NJ
Hi Bonnie, Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I don't know when Ruben died. I do know that he was born in 1801, New Jersey. Does this help? I guess I saw that there was a Ruben Edwards buried in Fairmount, NJ where other members of his family are. I wanted to see the headstone to see if it was my Ruben. I appreciate your effort. Thanks Robin
