When my younger sister died five years ago I added her info then to the Irville, Ohio, Cemetery but never was involved again until around three months ago. Our one son gave my wife a laptop last Christmas, she had Family Tree Maker by February with membership to Ancestry.com after that which I decided that we were the only ones capable in our family groups to get our lineage out to the world. We were involved in the O'Flaherty family reunion in the Shenandoah Valley since 1995 and I had put out a family newsletter from 1999-2006 but the reunion last occurred in 2005 so it ceased to exist since you can't have a newsletter w/o a reunion. However, with all the pictures and stories from those newsletters it just became part of our bucket list. I have a portable scanner now and have captured probably 300+ since this past summer of 2012.|

Would you like for me to transfer Virginia's memorial to your care? She is not a relative; she is from the area where I was raised. I have her complete obit and could forward it to you if you would like to have a copy.

I am so very, very sorry for the lack of information on Gerald Stack. This is what happened and what will happen.
I went to the kiosk at Calvary Cemetery Evanston IL. And typed in the name Stack in all cemetery locations, scrolled down to Garret and then to Gerald, and found no one with these first names.
This of course means no one by this name is in the Archdiocese of Chicago Cemeteries.
HA, HA, I found this to be really wrong, I have family at Calvary and Mt Carmel Cemeteries that also are not listed. So, I was doing other look ups and was passing section Q and thought I would give the location supplied in the message a try.
Section Q is very old, very densely populated and very, very
hard to tell where blocks and lots start and end.
Plus I was looking for the name Stack. I honestly looked and walked around this section for about 20-25 mins, couldn't fine anything. Plus it was almost 6:00 PM, the cemetery closes at 7:00 PM and I was getting tired and hungry. So I quit this search and thought maybe the kiosk information was right.
Now I know I was wrong. So this Sunday I plan to go back to Calvary Cemetery and make Gerald Stack
and his wife my priority along with some others. They are predicting thunderstorms for Sun and Mon so this may keep me from getting this task done on those days, but it will be done.
Again I am sorry for not taking the time to think if someone gave the grave location maybe they know what they are talking about.
Can you tell me if the marker is an upright grave stone or in the ground grave stone marker ?

William was not to be found around Mary's grave.
Not sure why they are buried at 2 different cemeteries.

Congratulations on the birth of your granddaughter! Adeline Rose ... what a beautiful name! She is a lucky little lady to have her loving grandparents close by.

I was up at Mt Hebron today & was going to take Russell Newcome's marker photo for you, but found it's already on his page. However, I did get 5 other Newcomes: Cora & her parents Grimberry & Dollie, as well as Sherwood & Minnie. I also made memorials for Sherwood's parents John & Alcinda but didn't get a chance to get their marker photos when I was there, as my time was limited.
If you wish, I would be glad to transfer these 7 Newcomes to you; let me know.
On March 19th I had claimed the photo request you made for Russell Newcome and was looking forward to helping you complete your memorials for this branch of your family. But when I went to check the details on his memorial this evening I saw that someone else took and posted a photo of his marker. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to do this for you since I've taken so many of your other photo requests in the past ... but the essential thing is that you have the photo. I hope I'll be able to help out again in the future. Best regards. ~JT~
