I am a retired businessman who enjoys genealogy as a hobby. I find that genealogy and "Find a grave" go hand in hand and its easy to do both at the same time and both are very rewarding.In adding Memorials for those in my family I have added memorials for many non-relatives in hope that it will help others as others have helped me. If I've submitted a relative of yours and you would like it transferred to you, just ask. I live in the Omaha metro area and thats where most of my photos were taken.Researching Bender, Ausdemore,Hittner, German,Ternus, Bockholt, Hatzenbuehler, Kramer, Wickelman and many others. Most of My family came from Germany in the Mid 1800s and settled in the North Eastern Nebraska German farming comunities and spread from there.In my research if I run across a grave of someone in the Military that is Killed in Action they get special attention and i try to find out as much as i can about them and put it on the Memorial. We owe it to these Heros and they should not be forgotten.I authorize anyone to use my photos for any reason."Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you." ~~~Princess Diana|

You are most welcomed

I've been working in the Central City, Nebraska Cemetery and came across PFC Dean Everett Myers Find A Grave #20667799, killed in Iwo Jima. I didn't see him on your virtual cemeteries but if he's there, just disregard. Have a great day!

Loren, you can add Lt. Schiebinger to your virtual cemetaries for 134th Infantry and Nebraskans KIA in WWII. He was engaged to my future mother-in-law at the time of his death. I posted a photo that my wife had in her possession.

You're welcome, Loren! I'm glad I was able to help in some small way.
|Molly H.||RE: Joseph Adler|
Oh, wow, Loren, do you know how you are related to Joseph, by any chance? He was the brother of my great grandmother (my mom's maternal grandmother).
I know a lot about their family tree, at least a couple of generations back, in Germany. I'm going to post on the Memorial where he was born and when he immigrated and some of that, and links to his parents.
I'd be curious to find out how you are related to him!

|Carolyn Russell||Alonzo W. Fuller|
Thanks, Loren, for the use of your picture. There seems to be another Alonzo Fuller buried in Colorado who might be the right one instead of yours. This book was started way back several years ago and some of the people who worked on it are deceased. We have just recently started working on it again and some of the information is wrong, mixed up, etc. They did not site their sources for their information. Regardless if we use your photo or not, thank you for being willing to help us out.

I am asking permission to use your photo of Alonzo W. Fuller's tombstone for a book on Civil War Vets who once lived in Boone County, Nebraska that our Genealogical Society has been working on. You would be given credit for the photo.
Clifford, Delbert, Ralph all military. Also Harold, Jennie, Lydia, Mary, Robert, Roy, Teresa, Violet, Vira, and Martha. And a location for Earl, Wesley and Mary.
|Irene Shumard Trovato||RE: plaque|
We found James, Edward, William McCracken. All three served in the military. Other McCrackens we found were Baby, May, Robert, Donna, Bridget, Elsie, Charles, Agnes, Nettie, Charles and Frank.
