Thank you Ms. Murphy for adding the information. I had it, but have just been sidetracked for so long and never got around to adding it. I appreciate it.

Judy, would you mind adding the photos you took of Archie Myrl McCoy #25125952 in the Sims Rocky Hill Cemetery to her husbands memorial? He recently passed away.
|Ellen Parsons||Mary Martha Fox|
Hello Judy. My name is Ellen Carswell Parsons. I have also been researching my family for over 30 years. My doesn't time fly? We may have a common interest. I am searching for information on Mary Martha Carswell Fox. She was married to Ullyess Stanhope Fox. She was born in Burke County, NC on Jan 6, 1822. She along with others moved to Texas in the 50's perhaps. She had a brother John Jacob Carswell, His wife was Laura Emma Norwood. I have a lot of facts about these two, but I do not have some of the most important facts. I hope we can help each other. I have sent off after the death certificate for her since she died after 1903, in 1907. I haven't been able find any sign of it so far. I requested her death certificate from Texas.Gov today. Hopefully they will be able to find something. Do you possibly know who her parents were, hopefully from a family bible or record. I hope you are doing well. I look forward to hearing from you. In fact I am excited that you might be able to help. Thank you in advance.
Ellen M. Parsons Hickory, NC.

Vica Nash Williams is my Bigmama (great grandmother) I was wondering if you could transfer her to me. Thanks so much,
|LILLIAN BEASLEY||RE: Linnie Newell|
I agree with you on Linnie's death date is 18 august, 1958, but she is not buried in Huntington, Angelina Co., TX., but in Freestone Co., Cotton Gin, TX as Linnie Mullican..if you will look back at the photo of Willie S Newell/Linnie I suspect he thought she would be buried there, but she re-married Esker Eugene Mulligan/Mullican & is buried at Cotton Gin, I have been there & seen it, also she is listed as such in family search.com, with same death date just different name, thanks Lillian

I don't know of abuse. Marion was a Iron worker at Cameron Iron Works, same place my dad worked. They lived 2 houses from me until I was 7 then I moved one street away. From what his grand daughter said He was not a nice person. That could mean many different things. I know that food had to be on the table at a certain time. House was always perfectly kept. I really do not remember that much interaction with him. Momma Mac and I were close. The fact that she married him at about 15-16, and there was only one child should say something. She was a good person and very close to her daughter, and her family in Louisiana. I cannot speak ill of Marion because I do not remember him ever raising his voice when I was there.

Willie was my after school daycare. My parents trusted her enough that when my grandfather died in 1965 they left me with her. Marion was nice on the outside by I never knew that he wasn't nice in real life. Susan her grand daughter told me what happened. I was kinda of her salvation. After I started Junior high I didn't stay with her after school. One day she was there, the next she was gone. I didn't know what happened to her. about 10 years later her niece started working with my mom, and I reconnected with her. She was the good to me. I called her Momma Mac

I have done more looking and Willie may have been his only wife. I am in contact with Williie's grand daughter. Willie's first husband was Maron McDonald. Willie and Maron had one child, Betty Jean born 1931, she married a person with the surname of Slaid. will get back when I know more. I do know that after the death of his father Graves moved back home to help hi mother.
Thank you for the photo of my great grandmother's headstone.
