Currently President of the Old Du Quoin Cemetery Association. Retired coal miner and pastor of the Ava Missionary Baptist Church Ava, IL. As President of the Old Du Quoin Cemetery Association I have all of the cemetery records. I have also taken photographs of most if not all of the readable markers, have on file approximately 400 obituaries, and 200 photographs. I also have an account on ancestry.com that contains information not only on those buried in the cemetery but also many of their family members.|

Thanks so much for the photos of the tombstones of Charlie, Lula, and Edney Wolf in the old Du Quoin Cemetery. I sincerely appreciate your help.

Thank you for determining that these graves are unmarked.
Much appreciation and best wishes,
|eboss||Amy and Wesley Gholson|
I see that on the caption for the gravestone photo you put "Tombstone of Wesley W and Amy Gholson. Children of Wesley and Margaret Gholson".
However, Margaret M Gaines Gholson died in 1875. The children were born 1881 and 1884. Additionally, the stone says "children of W W & N J Gholson". So, they couldn't be the children of Margaret M Gaines Gholson.
Wesley Gholson must have remarried after Margaret died.
Could you please correct the caption?
