I enjoy doing genealogy; I've found numerous graves of my ancestors that someone had posted. I probably will never get to visit their graves, but "you" have provided that privilege to me. When I enter a memorial, I like to think it is someone's kinsman/ancestor they are looking for.|
On my memorials, I try to add the parents' names, if I can find where they were born, it certainly can help with tracing them.
I especially like to find veterans (all wars) to honor them and will add a flag, or floral tribute, especially if they don't have one.
I welcome information to a memorial, or a correction. I usually don't edit or be judge and jury over whether to add it. Use the white Edit tab at right top of the memorial. I will transfer a memorial if you are a relative, but I'd expect you to transfer if someone else asks you and they are closer.
My Family names I research: Vance/Sinclair, Yarbrough/Ellis/Young, Montgomery/Posey, Barnett/ Reynolds; Yandell/Sparks, Lee/Durham, Ward, Powell/Weaver and on it goes.
NOTE: I appreciate the person who posted that we need to look at our 'profile' page (top right) "Edits" to find requests for amendments to memorials we need to make for them.
With the "new edit" method, I don't always write a 'thank-you' nor do I expect one. We all have plenty to do to keep up. BUT, be assured that I do APPRECIATE any addition/correction, or PHOTO REQUEST you fulfill for me. Please accept this as my thanks for your efforts.

O K, I have a lot of the rest of the family, let me know if you have more info. I'm not related either, I'm just the history nut trying to get all the cemeteries around here on line.

Winnie, Thank you for the info. Memorial has been updated
|Lynn Byerley||James W. "Willie" Linton|
I hope you can help me. Is the James W. "Willie" Linton (Find A Grave Memorial #27614047) the same James W Linton that had been married to Lois Eugenia Morris? Researchers have used a couple of James Lintons connected to Lois.

You are very welcome. I try to get my edits done as soon as I get them so I'm not overwelmed with SAC's. Thank you for providing the additional info.
|Melissa Ives||Ebenezer Fernald|
I went to Laurel Hill Cemetery in an attempt to take the photo of Ebenezer's grave. However, the L.H. office could not find a record of his grave there based on his name and year of birth/year of death. I'd be happy to try again (next time I am in Maine) if there is any further information. I did look at the rest of the stones in the Tuxbury plot where Anna's grave was located.

I moved their pic to the front of the line, hahaha, and have posted it for you to see.

Thank you for the info on Lucy. I have made the additions, posted the bio info and I do have a photo of her memorial and will be posting the pic within the next week or so. Thanks again and enjoy your weekend.
