I have put a great deal of time into creating many of these memorials. I am continually researching the memorials that I've created and often find more tidbits of information to add. If you have anything you'd like added, let me know. |
Please read the Find a Grave policy to see whether your request qualifies a transfer. If it falls within the guidelines, then, please use the EDIT button on the top right of the person's memorial page when you want to request a transfer since it provides me with the link to that memorial.
Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) will not be transferred. The goal is not to "own" every memorial of those to whom you are related. The ultimate goal should be to have meaningful, accurate memorials that honor those who have passed away, regardless of who created the memorial or who maintains it.
I am more than happy to have anyone add their personal photos of people on a memorial. However, I discourage adding death certificates and genealogy material in printed form out of a book.

|Jerry Reiswig-82nd Airborne||Hi|
Hi Donna, just stopped by to say hi, it's been awhile..
|Linda Cornell Sodowsky||Thank you|
Donna, thank you for all your time and efforts in doing these memorials. Lee was my father-in-law and a wonderful person. My husband would like to have the township, Granton, added to the memorial as Lee's birthplace. However, since Granton is no longer it's not on the list of Major County names. If you can find a way to show it on the memorial, we would appreciate it.

Thank you for processing the baby son of Jesse and Eliza for me and for creating the memorial.
|AKC||Owens & Clevenger families|
Hello Donna, you will notice that I have sent a bunch of links for this family. I also posted a beautiful photo of Jack & Ola Mae Owens Clevenger. They are the parents of a friend of mine (also Donna) and I'm doing this because she's a friend of mine. If you see anything glaringly wrong, please let me know. Most of the info I'm getting is from ancestry or Donna herself. Hope you don't mind. I like to link families to their ancestors..

|Betty C||Burton Garrett|
I need to amend my earlier note. Burton Garrett is actually Noah Burton Garrett and he died in 2008 rather than 2010. He is also buried in the Laddonia Cemetery.

|Betty C||Mary E. Clark Garrett|
Laddonia Cemetery, Laddonia, Missouri
Mary's maiden name was Day, not Clark. Clark was her middle name. She was Mary Clark Day Garrett
(I don't know where the "E." came from in this record.
Mary and Jesse Garrett had two sons. Jesse Jr whom you list, and Burton Garrett, b. 1920, d. 2010.

|Phyllis Nelson||Permission to copy photo|
I'm asking permission to use your photo of tombstone for a distant cousin Edward Henry Funk and his wife Opal in the Bickford Cemetery, Ellis Co, Oklahoma for my family records. Will certainly give you the credit for the photo. Thank you for your work for Find A Grave. Phyllis Nelson
Isaac Buckus Stevens was my husband G.Grandfather do you know of any photos of him or any of the other members of the family. I tried to make a copy where Isaac is buried but it didn't work. My Husband's Grand mother was Maude Elizabeth Stevens Longacre -- his mother was Olive Longacre .
Thanks for any help
Donna, thank you for the transfer of my father in law's Find a Grave page, and for your creation of it, and the work you do.
