RE: Alice Dodge Quiett
Hi CM,
Thanks for transferring Alice's memorial to me. She is my great aunt, younger sister of my mom's mom, Eva. I remember visiting "Aunt Jimmie" at her house in SE PDX when I was very young.(I was 7 when she died in 1965) She had a black standard poodle named Maggie whose back was about my chin level! She would've been married to Clarence then, but if he was around I just don't remember him. Sorry! I was wondering where he was buried, too. He was her 3rd husband, she was his 2nd wife. He married after Jimmie died, so maybe he's buried with his 3rd wife, Gladys. SSDI sez he died May 1978 in PDX. Don't see either one of them on Find A Grave. LMK if you find him! Lisa

Nathaniel R Hurst
Nathaniel Hurst is my husbands ggggrandfather and I was wondering how you took my information without my approval. I never was asked by you to take control of his bio. We would appreciate it if you would return it to us. Thank you kindly, SCS

Flowers for Kiehlbauch Cemetery
Hello Rosalie,

I am researching my husbands family in the Bonhomme County region and came across a virtual 'bouquet' apparently laid by you on the Kiehlbauch Family Cemetery in May 2013. Can you tell me any details about this gravesite? Do you know what happened to this family of children in 1886?

Jacob Switzer photo request
You are receiving this message because you have submitted a photo request for the above named person(s). I wanted to let you know that I will be traveling to that area from Dallas during the first week of June and I would be able to get the requested photo(s) for you. I do need some help from you tho. While I am in the Chicago area, I intend to get as many names off the list for Evergreen Cemetery as possible. The list is growing every day and is now at 263 requests! Evergreen Cemetery is near and dear to my heart as I have several of my own family members there. If you would please call the cemetery office and obtain the burial plot locations and send them to me, I will for sure get them for you when I go there in June. If everyone could get me the locations I could really get a lot of requests done but I can't do it alone! The office number for Evergreen Cemetery is 708-422-9051. You can leave me a public message with the information, or you may email me at Please be sure to reference the requested names. Thank you!

RE: Christopher Hillabold
Christopher and his siblings (including his brother Martin who is my gr-gr-grandfather) were all born in Altendorf which is a small village. Altendorf is in the District of Kassel which is in the state of Hesse. It is in the North Hessian mountains about 23 miles southwest of Kassel between Wolfhagen and Fritzlar. Altendorf is three miles from Heimarshausen where Christopher's father was born and where his grandparents lived. This information is from church records as well as family knowledge.

Sarah Collins Rodgers Robbins Burnside transfer request
Normally I am thrilled to transfer memorials over to people. In this case, I would prefer to keep the memorial, as Sarah was married to my gggrandfather. However, if you or your husband feel strongly about having the memorial under your care, I will transfer it. I would love to exchange information with you or your husband about our mutual relative. My address is
