I am glad to make corrections and additions to memorials I manage – YOU MUST USE THE EDIT TAB on the memorial page to make your request. |
Let me restate this in another way: ONLY EDITS SUBMITTED VIA THE EDIT TAB ON THE MEMORIAL PAGE WILL BE MADE.
I welcome your use of my photos in your personal research. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE COPYING MY PHOTOS TO ANOTHER INTERNET WEBSITE (SUCH AS ANCESTRY.COM), PLEASE CREDIT ME AND THE FIND-A-GRAVE WEBSITE.
I am of the opinion that genealogical documents are more appropriately posted on other venues and would appreciate that they not be posted on my cemetery memorials. I kindly thank you in that regard.

The obituary was provided at the funeral - She was my ggmother on my father-grandfather side. She lived her final years with my grandfather's sister in Shawnee (or Shawnee Mission) with her daughter Clare Walker. This is the reason a newspaper reference could not be found. I am in the process of locating my grandfathers brothers and sisters and will link them to James and N(ancy) Elizabeth Davis. Thank you for your assistance.

Thanks. Now I remember. A PDF with the obituary was sent to me by a relative in Grainger County who asked me to transcribe it and send the transcription to you for inclusion in the memorial. I transcribed everything that was on the PDF, and there was no newspaper citation included.
It is not my great grandmother a friend, Gail
