Find A Grave Memorial# 85985986

I seen a picture of this Newcomb on a photo card on Ebay. It's EBay item number:121566598154. I made a copy and saved it. I'm going to ask seller if I may place copy of her image on F.A.G.

Memorial #'s 142181087 and 142181086
I placed a call to the parish of St Therese and they will check into the burial of Rosalie and Lionel Spenard. The pastor believes it is an error with the obituary. He has been assigned to this parish for over eleven years and he does not know of any burials in St. Johnís cemetery during his time at St Therese. When I receive the information I will send it to you. Do you think we can merge the memorials?
St. John's was closed in December 1963

Memorial #'s 142181087 and 142181086
You added two memorials on 2/3/2015 one for Lionel J. Spenard and Rosealie B. Spenard. Both of them are related to me and there is a memorial already for them that was added on 09/10/2014 by me, numbers 135694376 and 135694494. Both of them were buried in Saint John's Cemetery in Newcomb, NY, not Newcomb cemetery. Would you please remove both memorials. Thank you.

Charlotte Parsons

I attempted to submit an edit suggestion for Charlotte Severance Parsons, but for whatever reason, the system wonít accept the edit for her parents without deleting her husband. Iíve run into this from time to time, and I presume itís a bug.

At any rate, if youíd like to update Charlotte (112290680), her parents were Ptolemy (112421491) and Harriet (112421589)

Daniel A Allyn FAG #123339800
Daniel A Allyn is my 3rd great uncle, the son of Selah and Thankful (Allen) Allen. According to Massachusetts Town and Vital Records 1620-1988, he was born 11 Apr 1799. Their source for this information was his gravestone in Federal Street Cemetery, so the date must haven been visible at one time. No further records of his life have been found, so he may have been stillborn or died young.

RE: Caleb Chase
You have an interesting ancestor!

I scanned the photo from p. 67 of Boats and Boating in the Adirondacks by Hallie E. Bond. The book is copyright in 1995 and published by The Adirondack Museum / Syracuse University Press. Page 62 has a photo of a paddle made by Caleb, and pp. 66-67 and 132-133 have biographical information about Caleb related to his life in Newcomb, NY and his work as a boatbuilder in the region. The book references its sources with footnotes.

You could suggest that the memorial's maintainer add some of this information to the memorial.
