I've been researching my ancestors for more than 15 years and have made remarkable progress partly due to sites like Find A Grave and the people that so generously offer their time to help complete strangers. From my own experience I know it can sometimes take a lot of time to find the stones, especially the old ones and taking a good picture can be quite a challenge. So for those that dedicate their time to taking photos I greatly appreciate their effort. I enjoy hearing back from the people requesting photos. It makes it seem all the more worthwhile when I know I have helped them with a little piece of their puzzle.|
Most of the memorials I have created are not my ancestors so I'm more than happy to transfer memorial ownership if you have a connection. I try to add as much information as I can regarding their dates and places of birth and death but I do make mistakes. I'll gladly make corrections or add additional information so long as you have documentation to verify your request.
Anyone may use my photos for their own personal family genealogy. I would also be happy to email high resolution photos if they are your descendants. Photo credit would be appreciated.
I would also like to thank my wife for the many hours she has spent helping me find gravestones and doing research.
Our descendants include some of the following:
Andrews, Coleman, Dickerman, DeFlorio, Buchanan, O'Neil, Dodge, Medland, Herwig, Ringquist, Weckesser, Boyce, Adams, Minor (Miner) and Farr.

Hi Bill - thanks for your note about Gardener's parents. His bio was updated. Please let me know if you would be interested in managing his memorial - it looks like you have memorials for other members of the family, so it might be easier to keep them together. I created the memorial after coming across his burial info while looking for someone with a similar name, but i am not actively researching this family. best regards - Deb

Thanks so much for the photo of Louisa Spooner in the Old Chelsea Cemetery. That fills in an important gap in my ongoing Spooner project and is much appreciated.
