My darling friend and father died recently. Please be patient - I will be back to make the necessary changes to my memorials.
I am in Michigan. I am not related to 99.999% of my entries, but have added them with the hope that other researchers who have come to a dead end may be helped. With respect to those entries, I have no other information available as I have tried to include as much info as I have.
PROCEDURES FOR LINKS, ADDING OR CHANGING INFO, TRANSFERS:
Please do not be offended, but for a number of reasons, including the volume of requests, I transfer memorials in accordance with Find A Grave's published guidelines. If you request a transfer, please be sure to include your relationship to the person who is the subject of the memorial. I cannot respond to transfer requests for all memorials with the same surname in a cemetery or to requests for a large number of memorials with the same surname.
If there are entries which need to be linked, please send the info to me via the correction/EDIT option or Suggest a Change (SAC) in the upper right corner and I will add the links. Also, if you would like me to add information to a memorial, please forward the relevant info via the SAC option for the quickest response.
If there is information in a memorial concerning a living person which you would like removed, please send me a request via the SAC option.
PLEASE DO NOT send transfer requests, relationship links or additional information for memorials via the public messages option. I do not make changes sent to my profile page. PLEASE USE THE EDIT TAB LOCATED IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE MEMORIAL.
OBITUARIES: Find A Grave has updated its policy concerning the use of obituaries in memorials (See: "Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?" under the Frequently Asked Questions section). If you send a request asking that an obituary be added, please be sure to confirm in your message that you have complied with the policy or I will not be able to add it.
Generally, I do not link to unknown burials. Nor do I add raw US Census or similar records, preferring instead to add information in sentences.
Many thanks for the kind notes, thank yous, flowers and tokens which are left on the memorials. It is rewarding to know that my work has helped someone.

Thank you for your work. I appreciate it.
I do have a question. You have a marriage date for Ronald and Doris Brown McDougall - I do not believe it is correct. Where did you get it? They were married in Steuben, IN on 11 May 1932, according Steuben records.

Hello - re Capt. James Richard French - lost at sea in Indonesia.
We all appreciate very much you recording this record. JRF recorded his occupation in Liverpool at his reading as a "Mariner". He has no birth record - it is suspected he was born abroad of England or at sea.
So you have a source for his death in Indonesia?
Brian Lloyd French

Thank you for your kind words. Yes, I'm learning just how hard it is to lose a parent. You are truly a blessing.

Okay, that works. Thanks for the information on where you got the info. The VA Admin should know where they buried them. I take your suggestion and ask for photos. Now I have to know.
Thanks, Twist. Have a great Monday.

Sorry to hear your poppa died. It was hard on me when mine past, so I feel your pain.
Would you mind transfering Phillis Chesnut Miller to me? She is my cousin, and I have both her parents, sister Gerry and brother Carl's memorials.
Thanks so much.
