I am retired from the Michigan Department of Agriculture and hope to, someday, visit every Township and City in Michigan and document those visits with photos of what I see. One of my interests is finding graves of famous people who are buried in Michigan.|

|yentnawildrose||Love the new photo|
I was at Mt. Olivet yesterday and meant to take the same photo you did, but didn't. I'm glad you submitted it and that it is the new main photo for the cemetery.
I would be happy to transfer Jeanette to your care, if you would like.

Thank you for bringing it to my attention about making his memorial Famous, something I've never done before. It has been revised.
If you wish, I can transfer all of the Carr memorials to you. I am related through the Lindow name but I am willing. Please advise.
And thank you for the obituary for Leland Carr Jr.
|john croker||Charles and Lilah Mallay|
Well I think you could look at the burial records on find a grave for Charles and Lilah Mallay you would need to see near the bottom of the memorial the plot block lot facts
Charles Alva Mallay
Plot: BlockC, Lot075, Space2, SpotID3513
Lilah E. N. Mason Mallay
Plot: BlockC, Lot075, Space1 SpotID3512
based on the above data it would suggest they are indeed buried next to one another.
I would also suggest that Charles did not know the correct maiden name of Lilah.
I really think her maiden name would be Leeson.
I think her father is named
U.S., World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-1918
Name: Charles Randolph Leeson
County: Presque Isle
Birth Date: 3 April 1874
Let me know what you think.

I took care of the Clifford B. McKee entry. I have no idea how this happened. Once I received a notice from someone in NY that some photos ended up on a wrong gravesite there. I'd never even heard of the cemetery.
Thanks for drawing my attention to this matter.
|Gravehound Club||The Campbell Children|
We see that you have blocked pictures of grave stones for 2 of the 3 Campbell children who were killed in an automobile accident. Please, help bring this family together by allowing their grave stone pictures to be in their memorial. Thank you for helping us keep the family together.
