An obsessive genealogist (is there any other kind??), I raise dust bunnies for pets. Will use any genealogy excuse to pull me away from dull tasks. My friends think I'm weird for wanting to stroll through cemeteries and trawl through death records and obituaries. Hey! It gets me out of the house!|
Retirement..... ya gotta have a hobby.
***Please note that if you make a request between mid-November and May, I will put it into a file to wait until spring. Trust me, you don't want a picture taken during those months if you want to be able to read the stone! It SNOWS in Michigan! BIG TIME!!

And thank you very much for all the work you do!! I wish I could get around to all the places my ancestors lived, lol. If you need anything from Robeson County, North Carolina, let me know!

|Kelly||Jonathan Adams (Jno Adams)|
Just an FYI. Jonathan, he went by John, was the son of Jonathan Tenney Adams and Hannah Loretta Rackley. He was born in Tunbridge, VT. His mother died when he was 10 and his father married Diadema Warren. His wife was Ann Maria (variations on those names) Reynolds. His son, Charles Adams, was my GG Gpa. And yes, he was a Sergeant in Co. M, 5th Regiment, Michigan Cavalry during the Civil War.
I have been trying to find a cemetery record for his wife, Ann Maria Reynolds for a very long time, to no success. She lived 1837-1899, died in MI. If you happen to see it, I would be forever in your debt!

|Faith Hunter||Bennett Family|
Accidentally came across this site while looking for some background information on my Grandmother Edna Tio Bennett. Maurice Bennett was my Grandfather, so I am assuming 2 yr old Maurice and baby John were my dad (Harold Bennett) brothers. I have often heard vague murmuring about this fire, but no one ever talked about it. I am not sure what happened to my Grandfather.
Can you tell me where I can get information about my two young uncles and the fire in which they parrished.
All I know is that at some point this family wound up in Cheboygan, Michigan. This is where I was born and raised. Any assistance you can give is very much appreciated.

If these Chitwoods are not buried here do you have knowledge of where they are buried? Also do you know where one can obtain a copy of the Chitwood book. You may contact me at BKC1443@gmail.com
Thank you for any info you have

I believe this cemetery is listed twice, you have under Mount Forest and some one else has Woodland under Egremont Township were it is located. So the cemetery is on here twice I believe. If you could email find a grave and ask them to combine it?
|Arthur Trammell||Carrie Trammell Webb|
Concerning Carrie Trammell who married Joseph Webb, my Social Security record shows her birth on 27 March 1904 and her death on Sep 1983 in Ironton, Lawrence Co., OH. This all matches her headstone marker.
