Bio and Links
Bio Photo We lived in Dallas, Texas, but May 2011 moved to Huron, Ohio. Have three children and eight grandchildren. As of November 2013 the oldest is 24 and the youngest is four years old. Six of these are boys and two are girls. Being a grandparent is the best.

Really enjoy doing genealogy and finding long lost relatives, both living and dead. I have a huge database of "cousins."

I am researching Sanders, Martin, Cacy/Casey, Jump, Eidson, Schooley, Williams, Mimms/Mims, Arnold, Eblen, Sorrels/Sorrells, Friend, Bean, Pettet, Henthorn, and many more. All of whom I owe for making me who I am today.

And the Beebe and Edberg lines: Weis, Biggs, Kear, Zollinger, Stewart, Smith (Schmidt), Meier, Clark, Gilliland, Hale, Magnusson, Pettersson and many more.

Robert Sanders photo request
Hi. I would like to fill your photo request however I need a plot location of internment. Unfortunately Westminster Memorial Park are difficult to work with and have had bad experiences in the past with bulk Findagrave requests. I am requesting that you please call WMP at: 714-893-2421 and request a plot location (no maps are needed)
I will personally take care of your request if you are able to obtain a plot location for me and send it to my email or findagrave contact account.
Thank you very much for your assistance in this
matter. Your efforts are greatly appreciated

You're welcome Connie. Another volunteer made a photo survey of the entire block, and she has no photo for him, which I verified by looking for him. But, I always search twice before reporting it as unmarked. I'll do that in the next day or so. Unmarked graves are so sad.

David Gilliland

I tried to send you an email with an update on David Gilliland but I got a delivery failure. I was able to find the will of his father, who is William Gilliland. Here's a link to my website with what I found:

Hi Connie,

In response to your message, I'm sorry but I have never heard of the folks you are searching for. There are no Rooks in my family tree. Did you by any chance post your message on the wrong site? Sorry I can't help.

Hi Connie. It was amazing to travel to Augusta County and tour the Mossy Creek Presbyterian Church cemetery! I have a much better digital camera now than I did when I took the original photo, so I plan on going back this fall and taking more photos. I'd also like to do a rubbing of the headstone. I'll post new photos after I come back from Virginia.
