Find a grave is a wonderful opportunity to help people find their ancestors. It gives them something tangible to look at and to know that who they are looking for isn't just on a list. If I have listed a direct relative of yours and you would like a transfer, please send me your member # and the persons memorial # and how you are related.If I have a photo of the person, please ask about it. I give my permission for use in ancestry trees and for personal use. I may also have the "Actual" photo. I also love to collect old photos/yearbooks and have probably 1000+ photos that I could possibly reunite with the families. I am researching the following surnames:APPLEBY - Norway/Illinois/Iowa/MichiganBULINDA/BULANDA - Poland/Russia/PA/MI/ILDOIDGE - England/Canada/MIFODREA/FODRIE/FODRY - France/NC/INPARISHO/PERISHO - France/NC/INDAVIS - Maybe England/OH>IN>IA GGGGrandfather Hiram W. Davis. Needing his parentage. Thanks for stopping by and have a GREAT day!|

|Elizabeth Graham||CONRAD PIFER|
Conrad Pifer is my g-g-uncle, who came to America in the mid 1800's with his mother and father. I would love to add a bio to his site so others can have the information that I have searched for over the years. If you would like for me to take over the care of the site, I would be happy to do so. Thank you for your diligent work. Elizabeth Graham, Florida
|Oaktree||Arthur D Edman #364955593 vs #31796330|
Kelly, As the owner of this memorial, I would like to call your attention to a problem with Arthur D Edman's burial. In short, he was probably buried in Kossmuth Cemetery in Auglaize County, OH by his 2nd wife, Velma Wilges Edman. The following facts may help resolve this dilemma. Arthur David was born 26 Aug 1892 in Shawnee Twp, Allen, OH to Amos and Della (Arthur) Edman. He married first, Mrs. Laura Armenia Barber Titus,in 1922. Laura A Edman died in 1950 as her tombstone in Shawnee Cemetery indicates. Arthur probably had a family tombstone made and placed shortly after her death and included his name on the stone. He married second in 1953 to Velma K Wilges who survived Arthur when he died 16 Aug 1977. She chose to bury him in Auglaize County rather than in Shawnee Cemetery in Allen County. Velma died in 1984 and was buried in Kossmuth Cemetery where other family members are buried. That is why his Kossmuth stone has complete year dates and the Shawnee stone does not. It would be helpful to have a death certificate or burial records from both cemeteries to resolve this dilemma. Unfortunately, I have none of these documents and live too far away to obtain them. Thank you for allowing me to address this problem.

|Anna Selfridge||James Huston|
You read James's (#66621995)death date as 1867; however, his will was written and probated in 1857, so I think that's the correct year.
Anna S. :)
|Ilene Johnson||Parents of Almond|
You have the parents incorrectly noted on this person. His parents were Joshua Meching and Sophia Weimer. The children of Almond and Catherine were Maudi M - May 1880, Ada - June 1884, Zella - May 1887, and Owen - June 1891. Please correct.
|Caral||# 38590717 IRWIN memorial|
Greetings, re: # 38590717 ___ IRWIN
Was reading old newspapers for items on my family, where I saw a notice of death, for whom I believe to be this IRWIN - date is same.
With your acceptance, I've added the 1861 clipping of his death notice to the memorial.
When you have time, you may wish to add his first name, which appears to be John.
From the photo on memorial, looks like the top half of stone may be leaning against base, a place to verify, perhaps, if you're ever back in that cem.
THANKS YOU for your dedication to findagrave preservation!

|Tom Gittings||Incorrect first name|
Today when I was checking the Purtscher's who are buried in Woodlawn Cemetery in Lima, Ohio, I found that Lucius Purtscher (#78233768) is listed as Julius. The photo of the headstone is hard to read but I can see Lucius. He is the son of Anton (Uncle Tony) and Mary Beiersdorfer and is my half 1st cousin twice removed. His uncle also was named Lucius.
Thanks, Tom Gittings

The father link on this memorial is actually his brother. I have submitted an edit for correction.
