Our family chain is broken
and nothing seems the same
but as God calls us one by one
the chain will link again.
***EDIT TAB SHOULD BE USED FOR ADDITIONS TO MEMORIALS AND TRANSFER REQUESTS**** requests posted on this page will not be acknowledged
Please send RESOURCES for edit requests that are not easily verified... If I cannot verify it, I will document the information in the bio section of the memorial stating that it was sent and is unverified. I DO THIS BECAUSE I GET ASKED ALL THE TIME WHERE THE INFO COMES FROM!! I DO NOT DO THIS AS ANY FORM OF RIDICULE SO ADDING RIDICULOUS NOTES IN FLOWERS AND SENDING NASTY MESSAGES IS NOT NECESSARY. I simply do this so people will not ask me where the info came from, they already know I didn't find it.

NO ONE HAS PERMISSION TO RE-POST MY PICTURES ONTO MEMORIALS THEY HAVE PLOPPED INTO THE WRONG CEMETERY THEN CONVENIENTLY MOVED TO THE CORRECT BURIAL LOCATION. THE ONLY PERMISSION I GRANT FOR MY PHOTOS IS FOR PERSONAL FAMILY TREE FILES.
This is an awesome site and a great resource for researchers all over the world it is a shame that a few bad apples will spoil the whole bunch.

Hi, Permedus is our great great grand father. My question is how did you get up to the cemetery behind that house.? We went to the cemetery. But could not find a way to get to it. We would like to find access and try to get to it again next year. Thanks. Mona Stone
Thank you for updating his memorial!

I enjoy reading old newspapers (Library of Congress website) and trying to match the stories and articles to the memorials here on F-A-G. I have found the wedding announcement for Guy Fleming and Viola Dunn in The West Virginian (Fairmont, WV) on 10/19/1916.
It sounds like quite the affair. I thought you might like to read it.
|john miller||james miller|
hello my name is john miller and I have been doing research on my family history for a while not and adding there memorials on this site. I found james miller on hear that you added who is my 4th great grandfather. he was born in 1780. He passed away in 1856 in west Virginia. on the memorial that you made for him it doesn't have the year he was born just his death year. and a photo of his gravetone. I was wondering if you had any information on him and if you knew where his son james Madison miller was buried. james Madison miller is my 3rd great grandfather. if do not have any information in understand but if you do that would be great. thank you. god bless.

Mrs. Toothman's husband has passed, would you be so kind as to add the photo of their grave marker to his memorial 171407838. I really appreciate it.

|Dan Phelan||Charles Bradshaw photo--thank you!|
Thank you for posting the photo of the memorial marker for Charles Bradshaw. I re-did the photo request for him at Sicily-Rome in hopes of getting a photo of that marker also.
Although unorthodox, in this situation, I would typically add a memorial page for Charles in the Parsons Cemetery and add the photo of his memorial (because that's where it is), and I make a reference in his bio to his memorial page at Sicily-Rome. I would also add to his bio that this marker is a cenotaph. It is up to you. I've done this for many WWII casualties markers where there is one in his hometown, and one overseas (or elsewhere).
Thanks so much! Marion
