Rauch Cemetery
Thanks for switching the order of the photos. I was so glad my friend and I were able to stop there recently. It is a quaint little cemetery. We got a kick out that all the markers were facing the woods and not the road.

Everett Lee Shakespeare
Would you please link Everett Lee Shakespeare #60817281 to his parents: Hazel M (DeLong) Shakespeare # 84261009 and father James E. Shakespeare # 84261119.

Hazel M. DeLong Shakespeare is a distant cousin of mine and I am working on the DeLong genealogy.

I do appreciate the work you have done by creating memorials for these many grave sites and thank you, in advance, for making this link for me.

Thank you for the information regarding their father, Clifford F. Ostrander. If you are related to this family, I would be more than happy to transfer these two Memorials to you.

I am in no way related and was just given the pictures to upload in the hopes that some family member would see them and ask for a transfer.

Please let me know if you want them transferred to you.

Narvin Adam Peel
I think I may have found the plot # for my father, Narvin Adam Peel, so you can add it.

He and my mother are buried in a double-decker grave plot. My mother's plot is listed as:
Plot: Section 182, Lot 4, Grave 5C Upper.

Therefore, it may be Dad's plot # is the same, but "Upper" replaced with "Lower" or whatever terminology they use at the City of Mesa Cemetery.

Hope that gives you a lead.

Thanks,

Sharlene Tucker

Narvin Adam Peel
Thanks for adding the information for my father, Narvin Adam Peel, to the Find-A-Grave records for the City of Mesa Cemetery, Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona. It is much appreciated.

Please make the following corrections:
Date of Birth: 19 Feb 1923
Date of Death: 20 Dec 1996

Also, if you have a plot # that could be added, that would be very helpful too. I'd research it myself, but I moved out-of-state 3 years after my father's death.

Sincerely,

Sharlene Tucker

Farnsworth
James, would you mind removing your headstone pic from Lester Farnsworth's memorial, #37711807. The one Denise took is a little clearer and I would like to add some additional photos now that you have transferred this to me. I appreciate your assistance with this.

Fred Pickner
Hi James:
I hope the Pickner photos I uploaded were helpful to you. The 3 headstones only listed the year of death (1919 for all of them). That made us wonder about their story. I am sure it is a sad one for a man to have lost his spouse and daughters all at the same time or w/ina year. As for Fred, not only did my group of three searchers not find him buried in Wheatfield Cemetery, I have good reason to believe he is likely buried elsewhere, possibly with his second spouse and/or their children.
I located Fred in 1920 census records as a widowed, boarder still living in Wheatfield, IN. In 1942 he registered for the WWII draft and was living in Gary, Lake County, IN (*over 30 miles* NW from Wheatfield). The 1930 & 1940 census show him living in Gary, Lake County, IN & married to Rosa (Smith) Pickner. Fred & Rosa had two children listed in these census records - Paul Pickner & Walter Pickner.
Side Note: The WWI draft record lists Fred Cora Pickner as having been born Nov 9 1888 in "Kinsman, Indiana, United States". Although the town is actually called Kniman. It is a small town about 4.5 miles south of Wheatfield Cemetery. It is in Jasper County, IN as well.
Please let me know if I can be of further help.
