RE: Andrew C. Godwin, DDS How wonderful to hear from someone who remembers my grandfather! He was a colorful man, and my best memories are of being on his farm in Circleville. My mother used to say all he grew was rocks, and it was true. He would do crazy things, like the time he brought a pony home in the backseat of his car. Then he would "torture" my sister and I by bringing us to his dental office, spreading our lips wide with his instruments, then take pictures of our teeth for what seemed like hours on end! I hope your dental experience was better than mine.
Grandpa died in 1970, so I'm not sure where the date 1989 came from. I went to Circleville a couple of years ago to get pictures of my grandparent's headstones. My uncle and his wife still live in the old farmhouse on Godwin Road. You're right - things have changed considerably.
RE: Info on my site Libbie Simonton Thank you so much for the information! Would you rather delete your Find A Grave page... or would you rather manage it? I can transfer it and you can do whatever you like? I'm happy to maintain it and add any information you want... I did link R F Simonton to you as Spouse. I'm very happy to do whatever you want!!
