RE: John Malcolm Vaden @ Memorial Oaks
I upload photos today, along with an Emma Louise that shares a marker with him and a Frances Vaden that is buried immediately to the right of them. Please let me know if you'd like those other two transferred to you.

Hi again, Cecil. Well, I'm more than confused. In your original email you told me I had him in the wrong cemetery and that if he was my family, you would delete your entry. I asked for the source of your cemetery information. You did not respond. Now you tell me he is your family. I don't wish to be hard to get along with, but I think I have a valid request about the cemetery location source and that you tell me your relationship with Donald. Is that unreasonable, especially since my memorial was first?

Cecil, What a surprise for me to find my mother's aunt and uncle's grave stones! We knew Fred had been cremated and were told Tillie was given his cremains. We lived with Grandma Kruger in Buffalo, NY from 1965-98. May I give you some bio info on Fred and Tillie's memorial pages and I would like to post your photos (with credit)on Thank you for the "flowers" on each of their pages. Are you related? Lori

RE: Maryann Elizabeth
Cecil, thank you so much for the reply and the suggestion that I ask for a transfer of Maryann Elizabeth Lang McWhorter's memorial. I will do that and thank you again.

Marshall J. Strother
Hello, Cecil
Marshall Jeremiah Strother passed away this week, Nov.4, 2014. He and your dad were close friends in college at SH, and throughout life.

I'd like to get this info to your dad. I don't know what his circumstances are now, but am asking you to let him know about Marshall's passing. Marshall's wife, Frances, died in Aug 2013.

The memorial service will be at First Baptist, Rosenberg TX at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 10. There will be a meal served at 12:00 p.m. in the church fellowship room.

His ashes, and that of his wife, will be placed in their plot at Oakwood Cemetery in Huntsville.

Marshall Strother was a graduate of SH, Baylor, and Southwestern Seminary. He was a Baptist minister, in Texas, Montana, and Colorado.

My greetings to your dad and mother. We knew each other back in SH days. Virginia Owen

Sandria Dobbin
Ashley M. Chreene grave
Mr Vaden, My name is Sandria Dobbin and I am having several stones made for family members in Farley Chapel Cemetery. I know where Deborah Haley, Jacklan McClure and Thomas Everett, Jr. stones belong next to Pauline Williams.

This is my problem right now. I'm looking for the grave of Ashley M. Chreene (d.May 21, 1986)

Could you provide the location for the setting of a stone for Ashley M. Chreene?

Mike at Houston County Monuments will be going there soon to set the 4 stones and I would be so appreciative if you could help us.

Sincere Thanks,
Sandria Dobbin

Thank you very much for the fast reponse to updates and the credit. Most unexpected. His mother is a great aunt and I like to see her children again reconnect to her and her husband.
