Bio Photo If requesting updates to memorials that don't have a readily identifiable source, please leave a message letting me know the information on which you're basing your request. If you don't, I'll probably not make the change if I can't confirm it for myself. It's nothing personal, so don't take it that way, I'm just getting too many requests based on nothing other than unsourced online genealogies.

Hey Todd, you wouldn't happen to know if this is the Father of Bernard Henry Kroger Sr, founder of the Kroger company, would you? The wife's name matches also.

Let me know or tell me where I can look.

RE: Hebburn Chapel, Northumberland
Thank you, Todd. That's the answer. I knew there were two James Ogles, but didn't know which one was at Hebburn/Hebron.

Thank you! Is James Ogle of Causey Park also buried at St. Cuthbert? Or, are the sources that say he buried at St. Andrew, Newcastle, incorrect? Feel free to email me privately, if you would rather.

Graves at Greyfriars
Hi Todd many thanks for the memorial of John Mylwater. Do you know what happened to the graves are they still there, or were they moved? John's family would like to know and also, I have a Guide who takes people around the now Battle of Barnet site who is also interested. Any my interest is on behalf of the Battlefield Trust.

Thanks, Todd. I wonder if you have contact info for your friend who is cousin of mine? I have done a lot on this line; we should swap.

Hebburn Chapel, Northumberland
Todd, I'm have difficulty locating the Hebburn Chapel. Nothing listed in Find-A-Grave. I've worn out Google looking for it and the graves of Deodatus Threlkeld, b. abt 1657, d. 02-26-1732, wife Margaret, a few children & their spouses, buried there. My idea is the chapel was/is in the area of Bothal, Northumberland. In "A history of Northumberland, in three parts, Part 2, Volume 2", Hebburn Chapel, p. 130-131, the author writes of the cemetery:

"Here lyeth the body of James Ogle of Cawsey Parke Esquire, sonne and heir of William second sonne of Ralphe the 3 Lord Ogle. He lefte 5 sonnes. Close adjoining to the stone of the Ogles, is also one of the family of Threlkeld, thus inscribed: The burial place of Mr. Deodatus Threlkeld of Tritlington and Margaret his wife, by whom he had issue 3 children, viz. John, Thomas and Elizabeth. He departed this life the 26th Feb. 1732, aged 75."

Do you know the location of Hebburn Chapel or its graveyard? Or, graves of any Threlkelds? Or, someone who might be familiar with it?

RE: Richard Berkeley, #119283512
Thank you for your prompt reply. I purchased several source books on Westbury-on-Trym and will see what I can find. Richard was my 14 great grandfather; my recent visit to England focused on the Berkeleys, a line I've been researching for several years now. The lack of records for a layman like me can be frustrating at times! Again, thank you.

Edward & Katherine Barber

Have uploaded photos for the above, however, I think their names are BABER not Barber. BABER is a well known name in the area and the death dates tie in with the dates you supplied.

It is a very large moment with two effigies also details of other Baber family members. If you let me have your email address I can send you the additional photos if you are interested.

Still working on the John St. Lo(e) photo - tricky as inscriptions are in Latin and also there is another large effigy whose inscription I cannot locate who may be John, will keep trying
