Lister etc
I have now created and transferred to you several Listers, a couple of Wooldridge & one Thompson.

Sometime in the past a male Lister married a Wooldridge. It was common practice in 18th & 19th centuries to give a child a first or middle name commemorating the mothers maiden name. Haven't yet found the actual Lister/Wooldridge link though. Harriet Thompson was probably the daughter of Wooldridge & Harriet Lister, but unable to confirm - they are all yours now!

List all these as photo requests and I'll go and do the photography within about a week.

RE: Maj Frederick William Lister
I am quite happy to create the memorials (I have additional info from a 1990's survey), and then transfer them to you. Once I transfer them if you list them all as photo requests I'll go and do them. Will also get better pics of Maj. FW Lister's memorial. I'll create the new memorials within the next 12 hours or so.

RE: Maj Frederick William Lister
The gate just visible in the picture is known as the Lister Gate. Also interred in the same plot as Frederick William is Albert Wooldridge Lister (1884-1936), and also mentions an N.S. Lister, wife of Wooldridge Lister.
There is also a family vault containing the following Listers:

Marian Lister (1881-1974)
Harriet Sarah Lister(1854-1941)
Mary Anne Wooldridge Lister (1873-1873)
Wooldridge Lister (d.1902)
Frances Mary Lister (d.1918)
Lucy Lister
Harriet Lister
Lucy Elizabeth Lister (1814-1875)
Henry Wooldridge Lister (d.1903)

I don't have a picture of the Lister vault at the moment, but can do so within the next week.

Thx
Thank you very much for transferring the memorials for our Great Uncles Private Arthur Hyland and Private David Hyland,. Both were killed in action during WWI in France and buried there. I have now linked them with their parents and siblings in England.
