|When I post pictures and documents it is with the purpose for any one that wishes to have that picture, is for them to have it as if it were their own. I am a firm believer that by any travels that my husband and I do and going to graveyards or buying old photos in flea markets (and if they have names on the picture of who the people are) is so if any family member wishes to have a copy, it is there for them. |
There are so many people that either don't know much about their relatives and it gives me great pleasure to help connect the dots for them.
I use to take pictures of only people that are in my tree, then I decided that since I am already in a graveyard, instead of either taking pictures for my self or for people that have a request in, I would take as many pictures as I can on before the battery dies.
My husband and I are retired and every now and then we make a trip to Missouri and beyond, and up to New York to see family and stop at graveyards along the way.
Sometimes when we go for a drive in Maryland and Virginia and again we stop at graveyards.
So feel free to use any photo I have.

Wow! You're fast! Thank you for your links.
My understanding from another family member is that her mother, Sarah Martha (Stevenson) Stewart died on 29 Mar 1877 and is buried in Liverpool, Lancashire, England. Haven't found a burial location yet. Keep you in the loop.

Firstly, thank you for the extensive work you've done to post so many graveyard sites. You are much appreciated.
I've discovered that two of your sites are relatives.
My 1st cousin twice removed and her husband
Jessie Bennett 130599431
Frank Bennett 130599319
Jessie's father is my great great-uncle
William H. Stewart 37731251
If you would be willing to make the required links between these people, it would be greatly appreciated.

Virginia: Thank you for sending me this message. Now I can go back and delete the duplicates that I created. Congratulations on the new grandbaby, I know how wonderful that is, though our youngest is 14 years old. Enjoy your travels and may God bless you with good health.

I just sent an "edit" and hope you received it. Please change the name on this memorial page.
Old one reads Palermo Vincent James
According to ancestry and the official city cemetery records his name is actually:
Vincent James Palermo Feb. 1927 Sept. 16, 1985
He is buried in setion 5 lot 78

i walked the entire Mount Horeb cemetery in Camden county missouri today. I found lots of McGuires' and looneys but not the ones you asked for. I did not report that as a problem and left it an open request in case I missed them. we have had a lot of rain lately and and had my two granddaughters with me so i did not want to rule out that I just missed them. Sorry

Hi! I've been clearing old messages and I see that we corresponded a while back about Tysons in Lee's Summit MO cemetery. One of the Tyson memorials there (for Ione) is mine. Would you like me to transfer it to you?
|Robert Fowler||John Ashman Photo|
Thank you for locating, photographing and uploading the photo for the cite of John Ashman. The photo richly enhances this hero's site and it is extra special having it put on his site Memorial Day weekend. Thank you very much for doing all of that.

Thank you so much for the wonderful photos of their tombstone! I truly appreciate your time and effort, and it's wonderful to have a photo of my veteran's memorial in time for Memorial Day. It's people like you who inspired me to take pictures of memorials in local cemeteries, even though I have no family here. I hope to help others the way you have helped me. Thanks again, and I hope you enjoy a wonderful holiday weekend.
