Dear Friends:
A stone with two dates separated with a dash...if they are lucky. Forgot ghosts of times past...It is our job, our DUTY. To make sure that they are remembered. Never to be forgotten.
I know people that do not even know who their own grandparents are and one of them was named after her grandmother!!!! Someday you will be dead...no longer walking this earth...where you go from here...Heaven or Hell...that will be up to you and you alone. But who will you leave behind that will remember you?
Recently, quite by accident I came upon a marker all busted up in the Central Point Cemetery in Central Point Oregon. G.H. Robinson (60262346) it read. After much research I discovered that this was a real person who lived, was married, owned property and died very young, when he was just 52. I learned that his name was George....and his wife's name was Rose S Frisbee (86738400) and she was 29 when he died.
His wife, Rose...I discovered her ashes were being held by the State of Oregon to be claimed. See her memorial for instructions to claim them.
I have also uncovered a file full of information on both George & Rose...Other than changing the name from G.H. to George and adding both their death dates and information on how to claim Rose's ashes...both of the memorial owners of decided not to post the information I found. They deserve more...
I put my heart into each and every photo. If it is not right...I will re-shoot the photo...I want the shot to be perfect...not blurry...the marker to be clean (within reason) and readable.
I will pull weeds...cut trees down (lol ~ just kidding)...move flowers, etc. It's not that they are gone it is that they are forgotten. Just today (26 Aug 2012) my 17 year old son was on the top rung of our 14 foot ladder getting photos in the mausoleum.
With each FAG Request...we always give you a special gift...for FREE. What is it? If you get a chance to have us fulfill your request then you will see. :)
If there is anything that I can help you with in Oregon...please let me know.
ATTENTION GRAVE WALKERS --- please be on the lookout for PATRICK MORELAND ROBEY. B: 1760 D: 1814 when the tree he was cutting down fell on him. He died in Harrison, Virginia (now WV), but not necessarily where he was buried. (More on Patrick: Memorial# 91362879)
If others would share this message I would appreciate it. Patrick is out there in a hole with dirt kicked on him...I am guessing buried next to one of his children. I would like to find his complete birth dates and his parents.
I am currently involved in researching genealogy for Reese, Hemphill, James, Roby, Tice, Shaw, & Airrington. And other unnamed clients.
If I can be of any help or do any research in the Southern Oregon area for you please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you,
Rev Kevin Airrington
One more hanging file: Reuben Tice Birth 1825 in Ludlow, Washington, Ohio, United States. Married to Cynthia Tice: 3 Feb 1842. And he may have had a mistress named Loretta Barnhart 1837, They had children together. Parents: John Jacob Tice 1780 – 1860 Christina Cline 1794 – 1866
He is from the Solomon Tice Sr. (The Gov)line.
Help me find his complete birth, Death and where he was buried. I thought he was buried in the Tice Cemetery in Washington Co., Ohio but cannot confirm because some of the markers have been destroyed by cows. :)

 | FYI about EPNC They've got half the grass torn up, and gone! The huge Section A, totally bare. Figure it may be easier for your chair, but the photos won't look so hot.
Take care, KathrynAdded by Kathryn on Apr 17, 2013 12:23 AM | | | Kathryn
