Re: his sister, Marie Turner

I worked with a Marie Turner in Burleson for several years. Her husband's name was Charlie and she had a daughter named Teresa (Teri.) Just wondered if it was the same one.

RE: just curious
Oh wow, thanks for all the info ;-)
But too bad for me tho :-(
I'm trying to find my father's side of the family, that's why I asked if you had any relation to the ones in South Dakota.
I'm not sure how my family got the Stead last name, most likely while my great grandparents were forced to attend Indian Boarding School.
My father's side of the family is from the Lakota Sioux Rosebud reservation.
I know how my maternal grandparents received their last names, while being forced to attend the Indian boarding school system as well. My grandmother is from the Pima tribe in Arizona and my grandfather is Navajo from New Mexico.
Anyway.... sorry for going on and on Lol.
But thank you very much, I really appreciate you answering me back :-)

RE: Stead
Oh shucky darn! I was so hoping to find out how they died since they appears to maybe have died the same time. I too looked for a death certificate.

You sent a edit. I have been curious about these children. Do you know what they died of?

RE: Henretta Gray Fielding
Thank You Sarah for your info and time.. Oh I was hoping you was kin. Henrietta death is something else.. Come find out the man that hit her and left her on the side of the road was the Great Uncle to a lady here that we went to church with and our children grew up together in school.. About 50 years after Henrietta's death these 2 families path pass together again with no clue our families had come together before. Small world.
