Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am researching genealogy on my many family extensions: McManaman, Barrett (Cleveland, OH), Walter, Fricke, Skidmore, Whitmore, Moodie, and Edson. Find-a-grave is one of my best tools for locating and finding family. I live in rural Salmon, Idaho and know the difficulties of traveling here so I will try to help others research and photo graves. Raised in Northern California with family ties to Nebraska and Ohio I appreciate everyone in the Find-a-grave community who unselfishly devote their time and energy to this website.

Lizzie Stuck
Hello Helen,
I know others have searched for your family member in order to take a picture of the grave for Lizzie Stuck. I went to the office at Evergreen Cemetery in Oakland today and they do not have a Lizzie Stuck on file. Sorry.

Binnion Cemetery
Yes, that's correct. John's tombstone is spelled Binman. It was an error by the stone cutter. It really isn't a cemetery either. When John passed, the Binnion Homestead (a rock home that is still standing just on the other side of, I believe, 187)and the location of John and Minerva's graves were all part of the Binnion Homestead. They chose to be buried near their home and they are the only graves there. Both the home and the graves are on private property and only family (with proof) are allowed access to the grave sites.
John and Minerva are my husband's 2nd great-grandparents.

Leslie & Violet Temple
Thank you for checking for their burial. We initially had them in Iron Creek in Elk Bend but another volunteer reported that they were not there. I found a Temple genealogy file that indicated that they were buried in Salmon. So now we have a quandary...where are they? If any ideas I would love to hear from you again. Thanks for helping those of us on FG.

Greetings from Find A Grave,

We are writing to let you know that a Find A Grave volunteer has reported a problem with your photo request for Leslie & Violet Temple.

The general problem they reported is:
Cemetery office has no record of this person

They also reported, specifically:
I knew this gentleman and his wife and could not find them in the Salmon Cemetery. They lived in Elk Bend south of Salmon.
