|Thanks to all FAG contributors; I think FAG is a great project to be involved with.|
Entries are based on grave photos, obituaries and death records. I have photos of most entries, so if there is not a photo on the memorial you are interested in, please enter a photo request and I will get the photo posted if i have one. A warning: my photography leaves something to be desired at times; if you have a better photo, please add it.
I do not include names of living persons in obituaries. Also, a reference should be included in obituaries revealing the source.
I am happy to add family link and extra information into memorials. I almost always try confirm the information. I do not link to burial unknown memorials.
If you would like a transfer within FAG guidelines, please request it through the Edit-Suggest a correction tab.
I take all the photos that I upload to the site. Pictures may be copied for personal, non-commercial purposes (including adding to Ancestry.com, if desired); a small credit would be appreciated (but not necessary).

Thank you for the photo! It may end up disproving a family connection. I'd rather admit it when I'm wrong than be stubborn and insist that something is right when it's not : D

Thank you Bob for the excellent photo you have added to Otilia's memorial. I have recently seen too many photos' posted with the photographer's shadow or feet! in the photo. I located her and William in the census records, with the surname spelled Schadeli, but was not certain until I saw the photo what the correct spelling was, Schadell or Schadeli. I have been researching the surname 'Schadell', as I have in my notes that a great-uncle had worked on the farm of a 'Schadell' family in the Elgin area in the mid 1920's. But the names are close and I also saw that William Schadeli was a tool maker for a watch works company, probably Elgin Watch Company, and my great uncle also worked in a watch factory, so a possible connection...

Thank you for doing so. I didn't know about the one child who died young.
|Julie Mulhall||Cyd Cato|
Thank you so much. I was a classmate of Cyd's but never visited her grave. I no longer live in Illinois but am so grateful that you took the time to take this picture.

You have done some nice work on this family and I am wondering if you are in any way related. I am a Silver researcher . . . and related but in a different line.
|Bobbie Mabry Graue||RE: Harms family, Bluff City Cemetery|
I am addicted to genealogy and when I run across stuff will send it. The Harms family has a descendant in San Antonio, Texas at Fort Sam Houston National by the name of Charles Theodore Harms and he was my husband's boss in the military, so I became interested in finding out about them. His father Charles Fred Harms and mother Marjorie Mary Wyman are buried at Mission Burial Park Cemetery, also in San Antonio.
I will send you more once I research more! No thanks necessary. If you have any question of others there I will research them and see what I can find for you. I am very active in Biloxi Mississippi Cemeteries around that area on findagrave.
