Hi Glenn,
I just got back from a birding trip. I won't be able to get to your question for a few days, but I will get back to you.

Isaac and Susanna Pence
Thank you for maintaining the memorials for them--also my 4th G grandparents through daughter Lydia who married David Goble Jr.
One item on Susanna Memorial-- it states she died in May-- while the headstone states Mar.
I have a copy of their marriage and it is very hard to decipher! I have seen various spellings of the name and wonder exactly which one I should use! Your note about Ellescheidt is intriguing and wonder what else you know about her family?
I think Pence was originally Bentz?
Would love to communicate with you on this family history. Please email me at sbren3923@gmail.com

Hello,

I don't know what happened, I get my info from cemetery transcripts, and I don't live in Canada so have no way to know for sure where they are buried. I went ahead and deleted the records I had created. Thank you for letting me know.

Have a nice day!

Issac Pence
I was searching my family tree and found this site with the picture of the tombstone. Issac was the 5x grandfather on my mother's side. he was married to Sueannah and had a son name Samuel Pence who married Mary Davis, they had a daughter named Lydia Pence who married Cyrus Nash. They had a son named James Henry Nash who married Mary Susie Pence and they had a son named Glenn Nash who married my grandmother Gretchen Brockett. Wow. Pretty cool. thx for info on this site I didn't have. phylliscormier04@yahoo.com Thx Phyllis Cormier

Yes, that sounds like it would be it.

If you look at a map of Blandinsville, you'd go north on E 200th street (this street going south is Main St). Turn left on N 2100th over to E 100th. Turn right and then turn left on Blackhawk Road. Wesley Chapel is along this road. (It turns into Monmouth road that goes on into LaHarpe). I hope that helps.

This is my great-grandmother Alice Jane (Moore) Bell's younger brother. I think I have a few articles from the LaHarpe newspaper on the accident. Also a possible photo from the funeral. Do you by chance have a photo of him? Please e-mail at scwest@earthlink.net

Pence?
I saw your flowers on Mary Samuels memorial and noticed the name. Just wondering if we are connected...
