Find A Grave is a great resource for viewing graves that you plan to visit in the future. Find A Grave along with using Ancestry.com can help you fill in the blanks or correct genealogical information you're working on.|
I'm working on the May, Russ and Callicutt families.
Let me know of any mistakes. I will correct them. I will transfer per F.A.G. guidelines and expect reciprocation.
(I offer a free GPS reading with every volunteer photo. It's much easier to find a grave in Google or Bing maps than using, for example, "Plot 12-E-1." I try to photograph the grave "in situ," that with the help of the GPS location can put you within about fifteen feet of the grave. That's a plus if you're visiting on a weekend or after cemetery office hours.)

Many thanks for taking the time to post the MAY & FRENTZ tombstone pictures for me. Please let me know if you're related to Albert McLaurin MAY and I'll gladly email you a MAY Family Report. He is a descendant of James & Nancy TULLOS MAY. James is the brother of my GGGG-GPa John David MAY.

I would love to see that book! I looked online and there is one at Amazon.com for $125.00!
Do you have contact info for this cousin?
I have been delving into ERM's story and the military says his remains were identified and sent home. An article that I read about the book that was written says his remains did not come home.

I am working on Emil's life and military career. Do you have any knowledge about him?
I have been in contact with a site called www.bataanmissing.com. A very helpful person there as able to tell me that his remains were returned home after the war. He also told me that ERM was buried in grave #817 with 6 others. Of the 6, 4 have been identified and he gave me their information. I have requested his IDPF and I am hoping that tells me more about his service.
thanks in advance for your help!

Thank you. I hope it was okay to make the recent transfers. You have so much more information than I do.

Thank you for the update about his service record and date of death.
Oops. I had forgotten that I had left you a message before. :)

Thank you so much for your efforts in trying to get a picture of Doris' headstone/memorial. Doris is a distant relative and I don't have any additional information to give you. I do appreciate your efforts!
