|Nancy Winsor Flickinger||Jamesons in Tolman Cemetery|
Do you have any sources for the 6 Jamesons that you have created memorials for that are buried in the Tolman Cemetery, Knox Co., ME?
Any help you could provide that would prove that they are actually buried there would be greatly appreciated.
|Betty Crockford||Tolman Cemetery Restoration Project|
Hi, I wrote earlier concerning some of your photos of the Revolutionary War veterans in Tolman Cemetery, Knox County, Maine.
My colleagues and I under the auspices of the Lady Knox Chapter NSDAR are undertaking to restore the cemeter--provided matching funds are donated, so that we might apply for a DAR grant.
If you are acquainted with any descendants of the Rev war soldiers and sailors, would you kindly advise them of this Project?
I am available for further information.
|Lewis Clark||John T. & Eliza C. (Godfrey) Freeman|
John T. Freeman, born in England on 5 March 1838, died in Rockland, ME on 25 April 1897. He and wife, Eliza, are believed to be buried at Seaview Cemetery in Rockland, possibly with infant grandson, Willie M. Freeman whose memorial you created. When you have the chance, could you look into this?
|BJWeir||Sailors' Snug Harbor Mariners' Descendants|
I'm a descendant of a Sailors' Snug Harbor mariner and trying to find other descendants to inform them about the status of the Sailors' Snug Harbor Cemetery and the SSH Records Archives. I noticed that you had created a memorial a SSH mariner (Freeman Marston), in the past. Let me know, if you are also a SSH descendant by contacting me at my email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I will send you the information about the SSH Cemetery and Records.

|Betty Crockford||Tolman Cemetery Project|
Along with a local citizen and a relative who is a member of the NSDAR, as am I, we are trying to locate Revolutionary War veterans who so far are not memorialized. By the latter, we are referring to the bronze plaque at the main entrance which was placed in 1947, but which does not name all the veterans that we believe are buried in that cemetery.
My relative is descended from Benjamin Blackington, and upon visiting his grave and seeing his headstone in four pieces, became very intrigued with finding ways to restore and rededicate the cemetery. Please see the new photo and the plaque on findagrave for Benjamin Sr.
You have done some excellent work with your photograpy and biosketches, and I hope we can work together in future.

|BJWeir||Freeman Steele Marston|
I noticed that you had created a memorial for Freeman Steele Marston, whom you have noted as interred at the Sailors' Snug Harbor Cemetery. Are you a descendant of Freeman's? I'm also a descendant of a mariner who resided at Sailors' Snug Harbor and is interred at the SSH Cemetery. If you are interested in more information about the SSH Cemetery and where to find Freeman' SSH Records, I can help you. You can contact me at the email address listed on my member name profile.

|Lewis Clark||Willie Freeman, Rockland|
Many thanks for transferring the record. I have been trying to find Lena (Thomas) Freeman, as well as other children of John Henry Freeman, without much luck so far. Lots of detective work is needed!
|Lewis Clark||Willie M. Freeman|
Willie's father is found in memorial no. 139884708.
John Henry Freeman was my great-grandfather. If you could transfer Willie's management to me, I would be most grateful. He is at Seaview Cemetery, Rockland, Maine, which I will be visiting next month.
Lewis Freeman Clark Jr.
