I have just started tracing my own family and have become fascinated with finding information. On visiting an old family homestead I decided to visit the local cemetery with hope of maybe "finding" a relative. Instead I found not only that relative but many others whose resting place was there. Seeing the state of neglect that some of the headstones are in I decided to 'snap" these in case anybody needed or wanted to trace the family's that they belonged to. Thus starting a desire to preserve and photograph headstones for our future generations.
