|Bennie Blount||RE: Tate's Bluff Cemetery|
Henry Lee MOSLEY should be Henry Lee MOSELEY and Birth date is 07 July 1899
Bennie (My great uncle)
|Van Wadley||Reuben E. Jackson|
On Find A Grave Memorial# 14523902 the date of birth is listed as 1859. On closer inspection of the picture the actual date of birth is 1869. I had hoped that this was my Reuben E(dward) Jackson but sadly it is not. This Reuben is listed on the 1920 Census as 51 which is line with a 1969 birth. I have contacted the person who left the note about the parents as that is my Reuben who was born in 1859/60. That you for correcting the information. Van Wadley

|Jeanie Brown||Salem Cem., Ouachita Co., AR double memorials|
I owe you an apology.
I've just noticed you had two memorials for our family in Salem Cem. Ouachita Co., AR posted 2005.
I created new memorials for several members of the Sherron family, not realizing you had two already submitted.
The spelling you used for their surname is not the traditional family usage. That's why I failed to find Alex Sherron [Sharron] and his father James Clifton Sherron [J.C. Sharron]
I would appreciate you comments on this situation [which I've created]
Sharron is not a spelling ever used by our family.
James Clifton Sherron's father, Joseph Sherron b. 1815 always used SHERRON. When the family left Weakley Co., TN and settled in Dallas Co., AR they continued to use the name Sherron - there was one exception that I know of and that was Jas. Clifton's brother, John William who used SHIRRON - his descendant followed that spelling. Both of the spellings appear in the NC family from which Joseph Sherron was descended.
The gravestones for both J.C. [James Clifton] & his son, Alex read SHERRON. I don't know where the SHARRON spelling was obtained, possibly a typo?
Like I mentioned, I would appreciate you input on how to resolve this problem.
