Bio Photo I am slowly working on photographing Ascension Cemetery because it is closest to my home. I am not related to most of those buried there. I consider it my contribution to the find-a-grave website as a return favor for those who have photographed entire cemeteries far away, greatly helping my own personal family research.

I've been side-tracked lately with photographing Loma Vista in Fullerton. Done with photographing the Northeast, Cypress and East Lawns in the older part of the cemetery. Currently working on Grandview Lawn. Mostly what I consider "mass production" by sweeping the stones, taking a picture and posting memorials just to get the names out there.

Lesa, you will never believe this! We have been cleaning our garage and working on putting more support in it for the roof. Anyway, there was a stone up that looked like it was supporting a joint. Hard to explain, but it was up on top of the garage wall. We could just see the side of it. Well, today when we were out at a cemetery my husband said, you know, those concrete markers look like the one up in our garage. We have got to go home and pull that down. We did, and it says Thomas E. Gass. We check it against Find A Grave and it is Thomas Enoch Gass at Doty Chapel. The people that lived here are buried there. The marker is brand new.

Sorry . . . I have no clue where she is buried or if she even has a Find A Grave memorial.

You do not have a wife listed for James McClanahan on his memorial page. His Find A Grave is #8992148. I'm trying to connect him to a Matilda Belle Boyle.

Ethel and Elene Stockton

I wanted to let you know there isn't a grave stone for Ethel or Elene. Click on the picture to see internment dates and lot locations.

Sorry, Robin

RE: Waterman
you are welcome. It has been raining here in Minot a lot and areas of the cemetery are flooded. I wonder how much water gets into the vaults. Linda

In Appreciation.
Thanks for connecting Margaret Ann Buck to her parents. I have requested that her sister Martha Alice be connected and that will complete the family. Are you related? They are my great aunts.
Sisters to my great-grandmother, Virginia Elizabeth NESBITT Haddock.
