Being retired and not too busy during the winter months, I am pleased to volunteer to take photos in the Kittanning, Pa. area cemeteries, weather permitting, and hopefully help others with their research. |
During the remainder of the year, keeping up with the lawn work, fly fishing and fly tying keep me well occupied, but I will try to take request photos as time allows.
Qualified transfers and corrections upon request.
If you would like me to transfer a memorial to you I would be glad to do so as long as they are not part of my or my wife's family. Please state your relationship to the deceased as required by the FAG transfer protocol.
Please feel free to use any of the pictures I have posted for your family genealogy. You may not use them for any commercial purpose without my express permission.

Thank you so much, Ralph, for the transfer! And I appreciate all the selfless work you do. It means so much to find these families of my 2G Grandfather, and to link them. The Salisbury's married to my great grandfather's daughter and her children, has been a wonderful find! Thank you, again!!!

Thank you so much for the transfer of my family, not to mention the work in establishing the pages and the upkeep. It's very appreciated!

I saw that you were searching for other graves in New Bethlehem Cemetery. I am looking for a grave for Melvin Joseph Mateer 1917-2014 that is on Find A Grave as Burial Unknown (124330784). The obit says that he is in New Bethlehem and his parents (Robert 1871-1951 and Anna 1885-1973) and a brother (Robert Jr 1910-1997) and a sister (Eleanor 1908-1947) are also there. They are all on Find A Grave. Could you please look for him when you have a chance and the weather isn't brutal. This is one of my husband's relatives. His middle name is Mateer. Thanks

dear Ralph thank you so much for your time, I don't suppose you can tell me where I could find an obit for Thomas Miller Hart. Ive traced our family back to William and Harriet Hart ,and im not sure, but I think, Jacob and Jane Hart are Williams parents. My fathers cousin told dad that we were related to John Hart, the Indian trader, but I cant get the dots to connect. Thank you so much again ,ive been looking for Thomas for a very long time! No worries Ralph. Whenever you get to it is fine. What I did was a bulk download of all military burials at Kittanning cemetery. I had a slow day at work the for two days and spent time entering all of the burials I found.
