I was raised in Bradford Co., PA on a farm. My interest in genealogy was sparked by my lack of grandparents on my father's side, since he was adopted. So I traced my Rockwell side back to the Rev. War. I like historical research, so what better place to focus my interest on - cemeteries. My wife's ancestors are from Sullivan Co., PA so my main focus is on Bradford & Sullivan Counties in Pennsylvania. I am on the findagrave.com volunteer photographer e-mail list so will take a photo for you when requested.|
You have my permission to use any picture taken by me for personal uses. It takes much time and effort to locate, process, and post these images I have posted, so I expect and appreciate the courtesy of citing your source!
If any of the memorials I have created need updates, please contact me. If any are a relative of yours and you want to manage them, let me know and I will transfer them. Please use the edit tab and SAC to ask for a transfer or update.

Researching Simeon/Simon Rockwell, buried in Arapahoe,NE
He was recorded in the GAR records as Simon, grave records show him buried in Lot 5, Sec.66
His militry records show Battery K, 14th NY HART.
we will be checking the cemetery records to see if he is buried there as the Find A Grave records do not show him, but he is not the first one, and may not have been recorded in the cemetery records, but the GAR records may be more accurate than the cemetery records. His death date is 19 Jun 1910.

LDR, Thank you for taking and posting William's gravestone photo. This fills in one more piece in my ex-wife family. Thanks again, John

|Mike Spaulding||Tioga Point Cemetery - William Reed Wolcott|
Thank you for your wonderful efforts to document cemeteries in Bradford Co. This is very helpful and much appreciated by people like me who live far away (in my case Dayton, OH). I know from information provided by Registrar of Veterans Graves that the bodies of William Reed Wolcott and his wife Asenath were disintered from Hadlock Cemetery and reintered in section HH (Huff family plot) of Tioga Point Cemetery in October 2001. I understand William's government headstone was cleaned and placed at his new grave site. While my Spaulding ancestors gravestones and Huff/Hoskins stones are pictured on findagrave, I do not see William R. and Asenath Hotchkiss Wolcott. Can you post photos of their stones as well? Thanks again for all you do to support genealogy in Bradford County!
|DiverCTHunter||Memorial Transfer Request|
Thank you for already photographing both my grandmother (Margaret "Peggy" Carlton) and great-grandparents (Ethel Clarke, Edward Clarke)'s headstones.
Could you transfer ownership of these memorials (132211180, 132210922, 132211119) to my account, please? I have several edits to make on them?
Also, is there any chance that you still have the GPS coords and/or high-res images for these?
Thanks in advance,
Chris Hunter (DiverCTH)

Lyle, I deleted my memorial, I was going by his death certificate which says he was buried in Leona Cemetery. Didn't see your memorial.
|Linda Jameson||Death date|
thank you first for what you are doing. I am related to the Kendall's and have many members from Bradford county. I am in Oregon so do not get out your way often. My concern is from oak Grove cemetery, Robert D. Kendall the birthdate is fine but he could not have died in 1843 as his last child was born in 1864. His first wife and children are buried in Luthers Mills cemetery, Bradford county. Thank you again.
