Crystal- Not sure why your message didn't go thru because I haven't changed that e-mail (and still use it) since 1999. I do however use: mgjohnson2001@sbcglobal.net daily. I will look to see if I still have any of my research notes. I generally haven't kept them since this was not research I was doing on any of my family members. I will tell you that I generally found the information from the Rockwall County Genealogy department at the local library, census records and/or obituaries that I was able to find through the Rockwall County Historical page. I will try to find the website for that page again and send it to you. If you could send me a personal message at the above e-mail, I will send what I can find out.
Since I am an avid researcher for my own family, I am happy to help anyone else when I can. My husband's family is from Virginia and West Virginia, so I have done a lot of research on families in those areas. | | |
