Your message to me:
I was able to photograph this grave site. Please let me know if for any reason you would want the photos removed. Thank you!!

My response to you:
There would be absolutely no reason I would want your wonderful photographs to be removed. I think they add so much to a memorial and I have you to thank.
With sincere appreciation,

Re: Quintin S. Geddes #102823219
Thank you for posting your excellent photograph of the Quintin S. Geddes stone. He was born in Scotland. His grandson was named Quintin/Quinton but changed it to Walter possibly because he did not like it or because of strikes in the mill.

William and Nancy Shryock
Typo in my last message.
I know William and Nancy are buried in Grandview.
William died in Reno, and my hand was quicker than my mind when I typed the last message.
I very much appreciate you taking the time to post the photographs.

Re: Catherine Knipple Seese
I added the 3 snapshots to Catherine Knipple Seese.
She was married to Joseph F. Schwartz first.
This needs more work but for now it appears that Jack & Linnie are their children. Linnie is mentioned in the 1900 census of Joseph Swartz & Katie with a birthdate of about 1895. By 1920 he is married to Pearl & listed as an automobile dealer. One of the photos is that of Linny & his dog & I believe the young man in the sports car in CA is also Linny at age 28. Catherine's obit in 1962 says she is survived by son Jack with wife Leanor. What does Jack stand for-possibly Joseph? There is photo of Jack Swartz with his car which appears to be in CA. I am just trying to get these snapshots out & hopefully identified.

Re: Catherine Knipple Seese 107754029
Thank you for posting the photograph of Catherine Schwartz Seese. Interesting that Schwartz is spelled that way on the stone rather than Swartz. As far as the maiden name being Knipple, I feel that is the correct way to list it. She is listed in the Bible page of Eli Knipple & his wife Lovenia Dull as Hannah C. [Catherine] with a birth date of August 21, 1876. Her obituary lists her as the dt. of Eli & Lovenia Knipple. I have added more information in the biography hoping to explain that she was married twice & her stone includes the last names of both her husbands. I think you are aware that there is a duplicate of her memorial with her last name listed at Swartz Seese so the full memorial name is Catherine Knipple Swartz Seese & you would have to do a search for Swartz Seese as a last name to find it.
Her obituary was included in some family papers as well as the marriage of her son's widow in California. There were 3 snapshots that I believe belong to the Swartz family with two of them looking as if they are in California but they are not identified. Do you connect to the Swartz family?

Thank you for letting me know. No, I have not seen the gravestones. And, thank you for doing what you have done re: photos. It means a great deal to many of us personally but also is wonderful for history and preservation.
