RE: Caroline Flaugh @ Mount Blair Cem
Lyme Disease..... already had a very severe case of it and that was the first thing on my mind going to Mount Blair. Its a real shame that cemeteries cannot be taken care of properly. This particular cemetery is on a very high knoll and is a tiered cemetery. Its really hard to get to the top now but good exercise and the view is amazing. Wish I had better news and photos for your headstone. I don't even think a tracing would do much for you.

Have a wonderful week!

John and Polly Flaugh @ Mount Blair Cem
Hi Shannon, again I see your notes that accompanied your photo requests. I did take larger photos for you and close ups but Polly's stone is illegible due to age and/or weatherization.

Caroline Flaugh @ Mount Blair Cem
Hi Shannon, I went back to Mount Blair to rephotograph Caroline's headstone but its probably in worse shape than when you originally photographed it. The cemetery is nearly abandoned with thick weeds, rodent holes and briars, making it nearly impossible to walk and navigate. I will post the photos I took and let you see for yourself. Also, I tried to read the stone but its illegible due to age and weatherization.

RE: Thank you for the pictures.
You are very welcome! I claimed this right away and then all kinds of things happened and I got delayed. I also took all the pics of the rest of the Springs and added Catherine Spring Owings' son James Farris.

Thanks for the photo Shannon. Guess the family does not have a memorial stone up yet. I will try to make myself a memo and check back later to see. I might call the cemetery in a few months. Appreciate all your effort.
