I have been doing my family history for over 18 years and have had an interest in it since I was a child. |
I love to collect histories and photos of my ancestors and their families and share them with other family members.
I can do look-ups for the Lehi, Utah Cemetery.

Do you happen to have a copy of Mary Ann Lightner Patriarchal Blessing or Sarah Ann Smith Hamson's? I am Mary Ann's sixth great grand daughter and I saw the history you wrote on family search. Thanks!
No, not related. Thanks for updating, I appreciate you.
Transfer would be nice, thanks. Number is 47019680.

|Charles R. Harris ||DANIEL PATTON CRIBBS and His Daughter, TENNESSEE AGNES CLEMENTINE "TENNIE" CRIBBS|
I should have added that I am the g-g grandson of Rev. Cullin Green Cribbs and his second wife, Elizabeth Caroline Martin.
The information that the descendant of the daughter of Hiley Emily Keeling's brother, Edmund Keeling, provides information that corrects all the many versions of her name that I am sure you have seen.
Hiley Emily Keeling is buried in the Pleasant Green Campground Cemetery in District 17, Gibson Co, TN which adjoins the border of Carroll Co where Rev. Cribbs lived with his second wife until he moved to District 7, Dyer Co, TN to the west of Gibson Co during the last decade or so of his life.
My g grandmother who is the daughter of Rev. Cribbs and his second wife, Elizabeth Caroline Martin, is Hiley Emma Clementine Cribbs who surely was named for Rev. Cribbs' first wife and Rev. Cribbs' granddaughter, Tennessee Agnes Clementine "Tennie" Cribbs, by Hiley Emily Keeling.
In a letter passed down to me written by Elizabeth Martin Cribbs to her brother, Thomas William Martin, 1 Apr 1876 just before she died, she asks her brother, "Tell me what has become of Tennessee?"
It was difficult to discover about whom she was speaking. But in the early years of the marriage in 1849 of Rev. Cribbs and Elizabeth Martin, Rev. Cribbs' son, Daniel Patton Cribbs, and his wife, Martha Jane Ellen Stone (parents of "Tennie" Cribbs) lived nearby so there likely was a close relationship with Elizabeth Martin Cribbs and her husband's granddaughter. In the 1860 Census of District 2, Carroll Co, TN you see in Daniel Patton Cribb's household his daughter, Tennessee A. C. Cribbs, age 7. Rev. Cribbs and Elizabeth Martin also lived in District 2, Carroll Co, TN in 1860.

Daniel Patton Cribbs' parents were Rev. Cullin Green Cribbs and Hiley Emily Keeling. The maiden name of Rev. Cribbs' first wife has been listed in several versions. However a descendant of Hiley Emily Keeling's brother, Edmund Keeling, has discovered information in Bedford Co, TN that shows she was indeed, Hiley Emily Keeling.
