Chas Rodig
Thank you so much Marilyn for posting a pic of the grave marker for my Charles E. Rodig (#125462983) buried in Garden of Memories Mem Park. Grandmother did not list the name of the cemetery on her extensive family notes. But she did list his birth, death and burial date (01 Dec 1970), and she died in 1985, so I never had the opportunity to ask her if she knew of his burial place.

I will be adding some pics and sent in edits to link him to parents.

Thank you!! Happy dance time!
Cheers from Washington-

Never mind. I just noticed that she is buried with her son, which leaves me with little doubt that it's correct. Guess whoever told me that the cemetery was private and gone was just mistaken. Thanks again for the photograph!

I just noticed that about a year ago you posted a photo to this memorial. I created a photo request for the memorial, but was told the cemetery is on private property and the headstones are no longer there. So naturally, I'm a bit confused about the photo you posted. Can you confirm that the cemetery is in fact open? Further confusing the matter is that the photograph shows a birth year of 1841, but that's very inconsistent with other sources. I guess I just want to make sure that you believe that this is the correct photo for this memorial. Thank you so much for taking the time to post the photo. I appreciate your high quality photography!

Hi- It appears that this memorial #126154515 is a duplicate of #107073865, which was created earlier. However your photo is better. Would you be able to transfer your photo and delete the duplicate? Thank you.

Thank you!
Thank you for having found the grave site of Helen (Sherman) Hufford in West Point Cemetery, for photographing the grave marker, for kindly sharing the info at findagrave, and thank you especially for being so willing to cooperate and update her Find A Grave entry several times as I found additional information. Your kind cooperation is much appreciated.

William "Lincoln"
Marilyn, We would like to correct something that is very misleading. #92114597 is Named for a William Lincoln as the photo ever the full name is omitted. After speaking with the cemetery to check for a wife of Our William D Lincoln we discovered that your individual is buried in a family plot for the Wiley family. She indicated that this is common in that cemetery. Would you please edit the name and perhaps add a photo of the Family name stone to this memorial. Needless to say we were very disappointed to find that your memorial was not for the Lincoln we have been looking for. Thanks for clearing this up...We're are sure the Wiley family will appreciate this as well.

Giuffra or Guiffra
The local family has the name spelled Giuffra today and that appears to be how most of them spelled it over the years. The only one of the local death records that used Guiffra were Eva and Johnny.
Even the bakery was spelled Giuffra.
Don't really know what is the "correct" way to spell the name.
