Trolling cemeteries in the vicinity of Saratoga, Washington, Warren and Rensselaer Counties in upstate New York and occasionally venturing beyond. I've loved cemeteries since childhood ~ so most people think I'm nuts.|

If they are duplicates, I have no problem just removing my entries.

You're very welcome. I'm glad it was helpful. It was the last photo I took yesterday. The monument is not too far from the front gate and I must have passed it many times before, but yesterday it just caught my eye. And it is very readable! Best of luck with you research!

they are the children of Polly and Peter Dunn my 2nd great grand Uncle on my Dad's side of our family tree His father and mother were Elizabeth and Henry Dunn. the girls lived with their Father in Malta until he died. all the Dunn's in that cemetery are my family member and there are some in Ballston spa, Malta, and some are in Mechanicville, Stillwater, they all had large family back then even my parents had 12 children.

Sorry - forgot the link

I believe the photo you added to this memorial is not from the cemetery she is buried. Records show, and we found the stone at, Prospect Hill in Northville is her burial location. The memorial was changed to reflect this and a photo of her stone was added. Thanks

Thank YOU so much for passing along info from Brooklyn Eagle a few weeks ago!!!!!!!!!

Much to my own surprise, I still have the photos I took back in 2013! The closer up photo shows the inscription to be very eroded but it does look like "25 Sept" in the death date, so the Claus in the obituary may be the correct one. For the birth date, it may say June- not sure. I will post the additional photos.

I just want to say thanks so much, i cant believe that you went there and did that. I couldnt read the date before. I have been trying to find info on her forever. I need to verify her parents name, because nobody knows etc.., so, ill let you know. If your up for solving a mystery in the spring, associated with this, let me know. I would even pay you for your time if you can help me solve finding her first husband's burial place etc.. He was a Joseph Lewandowski (but may have a variance in spelling) who drowned in a river in broome county ny, with another man (possibly relative). then he was supposedly buried in schuylerville. he died between october 22 1891 (when he did his naturalization paperwok (renselear county county clerk) and 1892. Anna took the 3 boys to nyc and married a albert pohl, had 4th son John, then in 1908 married martin gronczniak. but cant find joseph lewandowski he was my great great grandfather
Thanks Roy Johnson
