Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have had a life-long interest in genealogy and have been actively researching for more than 55 years.

I grew up in the northern Maine town of Caribou and, after graduation from the University of Maine, enjoyed a 24 year Army career in Aviation and Special Operations.

Betty (LUKE) and I married at Fort Rucker, Alabama and served in Germany, Korea, and at numerous U.S. posts. Additionally, I served in Vietnam and numerous short tours to the Middle East, Central and South America and the Horn of Africa.

Our son, Chris was born during an assignment to Germany and daughter Shari was born during our Korean assignment.

Retiring from the service in 1991; I was then employed in the homebuilding business as General Manager for three homebuilding companies before retiring in 2009.

Anyone may use the photos I have posted at FAG or at my site. Many of them have been provided to me by other people. I acknowledge the actual owners when I post and I ask that you extend the same courtesy if you use the photos yourselves.

Joseph Morse wife Olive and parents
Hello Paul,

Thank you so much for info on Joseph and family. We were in the east a few years ago when we were able to visit these cemeteries and get these pictures. As you know, there are so many Morse' running around and in fact are a direct line of mine. However, I did not have these in my file. Appreciate your assistance so much.

"Mattie" Elwell Noyes
Hello: I just wanted to get back to you after your kind transfer of this memorial--we had posted additional biographical info on Mattie Elwell Noyes. We still have not yet posted the photo of "Mattie," as the family is still weighing "which" photo might be best. Her life was cut short in her youth and unfortunately the details of her life are shorter than many of her siblings.
We appreciate the excellent work that your Noyes family genealogy site offers here. We have Noyes as well. If you look further on my small group of memorials you will see that a direct Noyes line that goes back to Nicholas Noyes and the first decades of the New England Salem settlement. Thank you for your help and professionalism on Find A Grave.

Yes he is the one. I do not live close to Topsfield but may be a good trip. He is the father of Pelham 1923- 2005. He was a lot older then his 2nd wife.

Thank you for all the links. The work you do on the Noyes family is great. I have been looking for Pelham Noyes Sr. but have not found him.

Oneida Community
There are many unanswered questions I have about the Oneida community, I don't live that far from the mansion house and I've been diligently trying to find more information, if you know anything about them and your relatives, and have enough time, would you be willing to answer a few questions I have sometime? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Your most welcome. Trying to remember that, "It's great to look to the future, but never to forget our past, for it was they who paved the way for us to be here today." I believe in trying to fill gaps in anyway possible.
