I am a local historian in Rapid City SD, I specialize in finding where people are buried, I have many readings of cemeteries in Western South Dakota I hope post them on this site. |
I have a vast number of cemetery readings and obituaries that I am putting on site, I also am a volunteer to look up obits for people, please contact me if you need help in the Rapid City area.
I don't go too far to do pictures, I don't go to Fall River County to do pictures too far away, some places in Pennington are too far away.
I consider my self a scribe of the cemeteries, they are waiting for family , friends or who ever knows about the person and can do a bio to take edit control of them from me.
Don't put obits up where pictures should be, ask me to transfer so you can do the memorial the right way, only so many pictures can go up and using an obit that way is wrong!
Please, please just send your number on edit to ask for transfer that is the only way I want to do it, it so much easier that way.
If anyone has memorials in South Dakota they can no longer manage, please consider transferring them to me, I would be glad to have them.
My husband died in Sept and I am finally getting back to work on memorials and anything else that I can do.

|novakpack||RE: Do mean|
No I don't want her deleted. I want her connected to the mother as her mother instead of the sister that has the same name as the mother as being her mother. I sent an edit to you and then explained in the other edits as to why I was doing what I did.
|novakpack||RE: Please send|
I have been sending you edits on each of the ones that needs updates. I am not sure why you are asking me to do so as that is how I always send edits.
|novakpack||RE: I do not see|
There was another edit sent on that as it was misspelled and there was already one up that had the correct spelling for the last name on it that had been created first. So I removed the photo from it and asked that this one be removed since the other one was up first.
|novakpack||RE: the way I spelled it|
Thank you I just wanted to make you aware of how it was spelled on his plaque that is there at Bear Butte

Thank you for your work in entering my children's obituary information into Find A Grave. As her mother would you please consider removing the last name Yankton from her name.
I am divorced from Summer's father, Burt Kaline.
Summer Rose Kaline was never married to Yankton, but does have a child with him. Summer never took his name.
If you need more information please reply.
|novakpack||RE: I simplychanged|
Thank you that is all that was needing to be done was the last name.

Thank-you for the transfer.I never did receive a notification telling me that you had transferred him to me.I just happened to be doing something else & the name caught my eye is the only way I knew you had transferred him...
Have you received any of the memorials that I have transferred to you the last couple of weeks ?
~ Beth ~
I have deleted it. Thanks

Thanks for the heads up on Katherine Henry. I am doing some more research before I delete her from Rose Hill. Her husband Washington Henry and her mother Susan Blackwood are both buried at Rose Hill. It may be possible that if she died someplace else they may have returned her to be interned at Rose Hill. I will let you know what I find.
Arthur Henry's father Washington Henry is buried at Rose Hill.
I will send a link.

I am writing regarding Katherine Redfeather's memorial. She is my husband's grandma and wondering if you could please transfer her memorial to me. Also writing regarding the Redfeather Family Cemetery. I am wondering if there are two Redfeather family cemeteries. Katherine is buried in a Redfeather Family Cemetery that is in the backyard of where she lived. There are only three other people buried there: Uncle Kenny Redfeather, a cousin of my husband named Runtendo Olivia Muchena and another cousin named Bean ? There are a Francis Redfeather, Tia Rose Arapahoe, Isaiah and Ignatius Redfeather-Guerra (infant twins) listed as buried there but must be in a different cemetery as they are not buried in the Redfeather Family Cemetery in grandma Katherines backyard. Thank you Janet Erdman
