My family and I enjoy researching our family history. We've found findagrave.com to be very helpful. If you have something to add to any of my postings, please contact me. I have, and encourage, a liberal transfer policy. If you are related and I'm not, a transfer is in order. Feel free to use any of my photos.|
Principle areas of research are Blinston(e), Hope, Connolly, Kasich, Hardin, Cornwall, Messinger, McCaleb/McKillop, Edwards, Wooton/Wooten, Willard.
Findagrave.com has become a mainstay of my family history research. Thanks to all my fellow findagraver's out there for the fabulous work you do. We all benefit from each other's work.
If you want changes made to a memorial I manage or are requesting a transfer, please use the edit tab on the individual's page in the upper right corner.

Hello, I walked the cemetery you have the memorial for him in, Fircrest, Monmouth, Or, and he is actually buried across the road in the English Cemetery of the same town. I have a photo of his headstone, which I located in the English Cemetery, and will add it when you can transfer his memorial to the correct cemetery. Thank you for your efforts and time.

The only Painter listed as being buried at Bloom Chapel Cemetery is a John Painter that died in 1873. I think he was Elizabeth Painter's son. Sorry..

Youre welcome, Jim. I like doing bios and feel people deserve more than a name and two dates to commemorate their lives. The Painters were particularly interesting. Judi

I was wondering if there was a gravesite for May Brown Stewart (my Grandmother) next to Katherine Brown in Hillcrest cemetery ?

|Margaret ||Maurice Morris...4x gr grandfather!|
maybe of interest to you. Have just been to Dunmore to take photos of the MORRIS gravestone...wasn't aware of Find A Grave...a great thing! Have a new found cousin through my Gough family research and decided to look up the other side of her family.
If I have done my work properly, MAURICE MORRIS is her 4 x gr grandfather. Here's how I see it...
MAURICE + MARY POTTLE's daughter CATHERINE b.1816 married JOHN MURPHY.
Their son MAURICE MURPHY b. 1840,
married CATHERINE WALSH.
Their daughter BRIDGET MURPHY b.1865,
married THOMAS GOUGH (my grgrandfather's brother).
Their son EDWARD GOUGH b. 1899,
married ALICE WALLACE.
Their daughter HELEN GOUGH, died 2008, is my cousins mother.
The MURPHY family worked as Blacksmiths.
If you've been doing family research maybe some ofthese names are familiar to you? Many Regards
