I am an enthusiastic genealogist and got into graving when I started looking for my ancestors. I have since branched out and started doing graves of non-family members. Graving has turned into my second obsession. I am an active volunteer with the cemeteries here in El Dorado County and love every minute of it. I am the FAG County Keeper for El Dorado County, CA and am really enjoying it. Unfortunately, many of our graveyards throughout this country are suffering from disuse and neglect. I've found that Find-a-Grave is a great way to help preserve graves and cemeteries and also provides a way for people to visit their ancestors or friends even though they can't visit the graves in person.|
I recently married a wonderful lady named Sherida, who, it turns out, is also great in cemeteries. We now have a partnership in Findagrave.com. Now isn't that a wonderful match?

Ancestry.com, Web: California, Find A Grave Index, 1775-2011 (Provo, UT, USA, Ancestry.com Operations, Inc., 2012), www.ancestry.com, Record for Victor S. Richardson. http://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?db=websearch-3892&h=103812&indiv=try.
The text within the memorial incorrectly cites death year as 1940 in lieu of the 1945 inscribed within the headstone; it appears the death year of his wife Elizabeth (1940) had been inter-mixed. They share a common headstone.

Thank you so much for getting the photo for me. She was a great lady she and her family loved genealogy and much of their research was obtained the old fashion way...pen and paper and lots of miles. Have a wonderful week and thanks for helping family find family.
Thank You for the great photos for Melvin and Mabel in Odd Fellows Cemetery and creating memorial for son John and offering a transfer. Memorial looks great and transfer is not necessary.
Thanks Again Bernie

Thank you so much for the picture of Emma and George Mace's tombstone. It is probably the most unique one
I've found in our family.
|Anonymous||Re: Northrop, Earl D.|
Hello, Earl was my father! I am amazed that I found this link, as he passed away when I was 10 y.o., so I don't know much about the Northrop family. Would love to know more, help with guiding me through process. Thanks, Sandra Northrop Dishen
Memorial is updated, thanks so much for the info Paul!!
My warm congrats on your marriage to Sherida!
You are no menace to society, but I am certain if you ever began heading that way, Sherida would definitely steer you to another direction. hahha!
