I will not post any marker without a date unless I have proof that the person is deceased (as in a recent death) or one with a spouse who is still living.|
If I do enter markers which are not from my family I will transfer ownership of the photos to any direct descendant.
If any information contained here is wrong, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will correct it.
On some of the older stones, although i might have been able to read them on site, it may not come thru on the pictures, so you will have to trust what I copied down when I took the picture. Again, if anything is wrong, contact me.

I requested that c.Dorothy Weaver Schaeffer was the daughter to Anna weaver and Jacob Weaver. This is true. I am the granddaughter of Dorothy's sister Linda. Thank you

Thank you so much for taking the time to photo this
grave for me. I appreciate your time and effort, especially during this busy time of year.

You wrote: J.D.Armstrong. No dates given. Does say" Sgt, Company "H", 42nd Indiana Infantry GAR (Grand Army of the Republic, ie Union forces)
Is the one you're after the 2nd one?
If so, let me know and I'll get the photo.
Yes, would be interested in posting that one to it

Thank you for adding her tombstone photo. Interesting about the spelling of her maiden name on her tombstone. I have added a note to her memorial. Both her marriage record and her death certificate show her maiden name spelled Harp. Spellings tend to morph. Some records for her father show the -e and others without.
Thank you so much for the transfer, greatly appreciated. Vera
