Is there any chance you have obits and pictures for Betty J. Rock (Find a grave mem'l number: 133516992) and Llewellyn A. Rock (Find a grave mem'l number: 133516991)? If so, could you please post them? They're members of my family and I thought it would be nice to have them on my family tree. Betty was my great-grandfather's sister and Llewellyn was my great-grandfather's brother-in-law. Anything you come across would be helpful.

Thank you so much or your help & transferring Richard Forrest to me. There are actually 2 different Forrest families buried in Old Swedes. The Irish Forrests, which it sounds like you are descended from, and the Scottish ones, which I am descended from. The cluster of Forrest headstones where Richard is buried (NW Sec B #68) are all from Rothesay, Scotland. It is inscribed on a few of their headstones. Samuel, buried there as well, is believed to be Richard's brother. There is a William Forrest buried in Green Hill Cemetery (with wife Christina & children) also from Rothesay, whom we believe to also be Richard's brother. They all worked in mills on the Brandywine River together. We also have a fair amount of documentation (letters, old photos, etc) regarding their lives in Rothesay. Of course since families in that part of Scotland were often connected to Ireland there is always the chance that the 2 Forrest families are related, but we haven't found any evidence of it, leading us to think it's just coincidence they are all at Old Swedes. Richard & Samuel's parents were William Forrest (b.@1770 Scotland; d.bef 1841, Scotland) and Martha Wilkinson Forrest (b.@1772 Scotland) who immigrated to DE with her children and died here. If you ever find out any more I'd love to connect. Thanks again!
