I live in Oregon east of Portland and at the mouth of the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. My husband and I live across the street from and old Douglass Pioneer Cemetery and that's where we enjoy taking a lot of our walks. We have some of our family, some neighbors and church friends buried there.|
I am enjoying working on our family trees, its hard not to take pictures of other graves, I know what a blessing it is to have help from others as I search to put the pieces together.
I received a picture request and it was a real "Find A Grave".
The person was buried in 1935, I don't know how many years this tree has been growing and still is growing, or if it was planted there or not, but this is something to think about. The tree is about 50-60 feet tall.

Thank you for informing me of the burial place. He is linked into my Sandy families.

Thank you for everything you do. I was wondering with your Richard Zogg and # 87862851 are indeed on and the same individual. There is a connection in Douglass Pioneer Cemetery and that is # 136895738 - Charles Daniel Gannon - I just created based on the obituary - was his grandfather on his mother's side.
Hello could you tell me well Goldie Davis might be?

Thank you for the pic of my Dads grave. I feel comforted knowing you and your husband enjoy walking and live close to my dads final resting place.

I've been researching my family history. I believe that one of my relatives (my great aunt on my father's side) is located in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Gresham, Or. I'm wondering if you have a picture of the grave.
Her name is
Rose (Fritzler) Rutz
Parental links for Donald and Seagle made. Thanks!

Thank you so much!

FYI, there is a problem with email notifications when you add photos so many people may not know that you have taken photos to say thank you. I read the discussion forums so found this out, but many people do not visit the forums and may not notice their photo request numbers changing. It may take them a while to notice any photos added.

So it looks like there are no stones for any of them? So sad, but glad you have gone the extra mile and are getting photos of the area. I really appreciate this. Thank you so much.
