Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello fellow tree climbers. I have been working on my family tree many years visiting relatives, collecting photos and documents and have spent many hours doing research in libraries, online, and cemeteries. I love this work and am fascinated by the stories I uncover.

I will gladly turn over memorials to family members - that includes your Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. I DO NOT go by the 4 generation rule.

I do this work not only for myself but for those of you who are not able to visit these cemeteries because of health, distance or other reasons.

"Rules are rules" I have read on many bios. This is true, but there are gray areas! There are many contributor trying to police this website, but for some reason they ALL have their messages disabled. They have 50,000 - 250,000 or more memorials with only a handful of photos to their credit. The world is not black & white and neither is this site. How can you Judge that my memorial is wrong if, 1. You have not been to the cemetery in question, 2. Do not know the history and families of the area, 3. Do not belong to any of these families!

I never add a memorial unless I have taken a photo to go with it. I DO add initials in the maiden name field. (Gray area) 9 times out of ten if you have a lady with the name Mary Ann Y Smith and buried all around her are stones with the last name Young, then the lady's maiden name is probably Young. I add Y to the maiden name field. I will not add the name Young without documents or the word of a family member. Keep in mind, I am only working areas where the some of the people are my family members.

I do this work based on knowledge and logic. NOT the rules as you see them.

"The naming convention clean-ups I am concentrating on are:"

The above is from the bio of one of these contributors.

If you live in Tim Buck Two and are trying to "Clean-Up" my memorials, don't bother!

Can you tell these close minded people get under my skin?!?

I apologize to all the hard working and sincere fellow researchers who do this work out of love for your families. I will continue to do as much as possible to assure your and our family members are treated with the utmost love and respect they deserve. I will add, change, update the memorials as well as transfer them to you. Please contact me about any mistakes you see. And please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Happy Hunting!

Moseley family.
Hi Donna, thanks for your hard work on here it is appreciated.

I found some of my Smith family (married to Moseley family) at the Providence Cemetery in Ringold, Bienville Parish, LA.

I usually don't ask to use the photos I find on findagrave on my ancestry page, but I do always give credit to the person who took the photo.

In your case though, I saw that you put a copyright on the photos. I am not publishing or selling anything, I just want to use them as a reference photo on my tree. Would that be OK?

If not, please contact me and I will honor your wishes without question.

Rosa F. Smith who married Dayton Lee Moseley is a daughter of my great grandmothers brother Harry Smith and his wife Anna Freeman. That makes Rosa F. Smith Mosely my first cousin twice removed. I never knew her or the family, but in the past year I have had contact with a second cousin once removed that lives in Arkansas that new this family well, she has shared a great deal with me.

I have a few pictures of most of these people on the gravestones, I will post a few on their memorials.

Thanks for your consideration.

Best regards,
Kurt Albert

These family members are closer in generations than we are. The are telling me his middle name was not Kelly. I know this family very well so I just told them I would let you know. They are sending me information in the mail and if there is anything further about James I will let you know.

Donna, you have posted duplicate memorials for these two in Providence Cem. My postings were much earlier. You know you can add pictures & flowers to postings done by others. Please consider posting pics of grave markers to my earlier posting & remove your memorials.

RE: George Boley
Notice the unusual headstone. WOW is "woodsman of the world" (if my memory serves me right) . Very interesting organization, back in the day. I didn't realize he had been transferred to me. The reason I have all the Boleys is Skipper related. Lizzie Neal skipper Phennel Franklin's son, James Curtis Phennel married Fannie Lou Boley.
