Bio Photo *** Apologies if I'm not responsive in a timely manner, trying to maintain focus on the job at hand and (300+) emails are collecting that I have flagged to deal with ***

Junior genealogist - with an email address, a car and a digital camera.

Photos I take belong to the people who ask for them. You are free to do whatever you wish to with them. I ask that they not be published on pay-to-view sites.

I pay a lot of attention to the sun and try to avoid reflecting myself in any photo. That means that at times I take photos at odd angles. I will visit any given headstone a number of times trying to get the right light on it. Sometimes that doesn't work out and I file a crappy photo - when you see such a photo, please tell me to go take a better one.

I want to thank everyone who has stepped up and offered corrections or taken transfers for the cemeteries I've been working, it's been a rewarding experience.

I am in the process of visiting all of Danvers cemeteries and ensuring they are fully catalogued. I am only posting fresh photos when I think mine are better or show something different. If you object, drop me a line and we can chat.

I do take breaks and handle occasional photo requests - if you have a location, that makes it a lot more tempting. It's a challenge to walk a large cemetery looking for two headstones and then have 4 more requests for the same cemetery a week later.

I trim my messages and only leave those that I need to do something about - I'm not hating you, just trying to use the messages to advantage. (Although I think I will keep the message from Billie forever - such an inspiration)

Oh! Sorry I didn't understand. So if you only photographed the one side of the gravestone, does that mean the other side is blank? This was the one you captured for me with all these people on it.

CPT James Parker Find A Grave Memorial# 119423907
Henry Zachariah Parker is listed as a son of CPT James Parker and Elizabeth Long, however Henry's birth year is 1828 while it is believed that CPT Parker died in 1700.

I wish I had a suggestion for correction, but I do not at this time. Best of luck to you and keep up the great work.

Jack, I just changed the cemetery to Saint Marys in Danvers. The obit probably in error reported Saint Marys in Salem. Could you please add the photos? Thanks for bringing this to my attention!

Thank you for checking on Elgie's tombstone. I double checked the cemetery, and information provided is correct. These are my Great Grandparents and it saddens me that they could be located in the paupers section with no markers. However, what I know about them is, they were not rich people by any means.

Another child of Joseph and Abigail Sawtelle Parker?
Hello Jack Parker. I am researching Tryphena Parker (1736-1756), who I believe was the daughter of Joseph and Abigail (Sawtelle) Parker. I have only one record (Massachusetts Town and Vital Records Groton Births, 1620-1988) pointing to the relationship, so I am not entirely sure that my assumption is correct. I will leave it to your discretion to add her to the list of children.

Tryphena Parker
b. 15 Apr 1736, Pepperell, Massachusetts
m. Isaac Woods, 24 Aug 1754, Pepperell, Massachusetts
d. 8 Sep 1756, Pepperell, Massachusetts

Ingrid Adam (descendant of Tryphena Parker)
